I love the fact that you have the best filters to find and confirm that a fridge will fit in the opening size that you give it. If it worked properly. This fridge came up as will fit in the opening measurement that you provided. I like the live chat option, but I asked her several times if there was this exact appliance at a Best Buy that i could make sure that it fit. I asked her more than once, and she just ignored it. I'll attach screen shots of some of the chat. Several times she wouldn't answer my questions, and then say, ok can i put the order in for you. This went on for a while. Anyway, the delivery guys showed up in a timely manner, and were the best appliance delivery team I've ever met. I don't like ordering things like this online, and this is exactly why. This fridge was for a customer of mine, and because 30 to 40 years ago the fridge openings were smaller, and a lot have cabinets surrounding them on top and both sides. The fridge was 3/4 of an inch too big. I was supposed to be there to make sure that the delivery went well and that the waterline was connected. The next thing that she screwed up was charging for a plastic 1/4 line to connect the water to it. I told her that the waterline was already there with the right fitting. The delivery came mid morning, and i had other places to go that day. I didn't leave her house until almost 7pm. I had to plane and sand a floor to ceiling cabinet edge on 1 side, and the wall cabinet on the other side. I also had to cut her counter back 1/2 inch. She was really upset and I had to deal with several panic attacks that she was having because of this. . Normally she uses a family owned appliance business, but they didn't have 1, and her old one, the door wouldn't stay shut. I don't shop at best buy a lot, but i always check your prices on major appliances. Plus my daughter's laptops, printer, ink when she needs it. I am not happy about what happened, and i did the right thing and didn't charge her for what turned out to be a fuul day. You should really train your live chat people, because i will never use it on your site again.

Bad Quality Control in Manufacturing... misaligned pieces and insulation spilling from every corner. Very disappointing from Whirlpool and being something Made in America. Very disappointing to spend thousands of dollar in a new Kitchen and having these crappy details show up. I needed to carry the refrigerator upstairs so I couldn't go through the hassle again for a proper exchange. After speaking with a manager, Best buy gave me 5% refund.... yes 5%.... not a mistype.

I have enjoyed my new product since the end of November. My delivery was ok , could have been better. I found one top screw still inside of my product, was missing. I put the screw where it was supposed to be & tightened. Install could have been better

Fridge fits in the small space that I have but also offers water and ice. It is perfect for our family of four.

This refrigerator is the right size for a small family. The space in both the refrigerator and freezer is well designed for maximum capacity. The ice maker is great for easy access without the need to open the door, thus saving energy. J

I really like my new and updated whirlpool refrigerator!

I'm calm now, but I was incensed about the overall Best Buy experience. The refrigerator was delivered damaged with an ugly dent on the door (ref-side) at eye-level. The delivery guys unwrapped the refrigerator in front of me where it was revealed to all of us that the refrigerator was damaged. The delivery guys took photos and wrote up a report. I opted to accept the delivery of the damaged refrigerator because I needed one immediately for my family and figured Best Buy would correct the damage. After the refrigerator was plugged in, it would only blow out hot air. We made contact with Best Buy and requested for the refrigerator to be returned for a full refund. As for the quality of the damaged refrigerator, I took notice of how the fan would stop blowing every time the doors were open and resume loudly when closed, a feature I never experienced with any other refrigerator and one that I do not like as it seems it would shorten the life. Also, I did not like the thin plastic used for the interior and bins, topped-off with an ugly dent and remaining hot was a total turn off. We decided to take another route with our refrigeration needs. I would not recommend this particular refrigerator.

Great product long lasting and chills food nicely.

Just got this today, drawer run so bad you can’t freely slide them open and closed. No manual came with the fridge, the doors aren’t aligned the fridge door sits higher than the freeze and the handles aren’t level either.

This is our second fridge. Everything was easy to install and get working.

Purchasing this fridge was the best thing I could of ever done. Its roomy and best of all it has an ice maker!!

I hadn’t seen until it was delivered. It’s a beautiful refrigerator and will be easier to see what’s inside both refrigerator and freezer. I need to downsize a bit as it’s smaller than one before. The only thing I would have liked different was the shelves to be adjustable instead of fixed. I really do love this!

Product is great and had no issues until now. It looks really nice too.
