That took 4 weeks because of waiting on parts. They refused to give me a credit or a new one. Then, 4 weeks later, I get a letter from Whirlpool saying they would give me a new one of the same model. It had been working for 4 weeks at that point and I didn't want to deal with the switchout again.

Was not damaged while on display at the store. Complained to customer service at the store and was given a $278.00 credit. Would rather have had an undamaged fridge in my newly remodeled kitchen.
