Great product great delivery. Everything was on time and in great working order

I was in need of a new refrigerator right before Thanksgiving and because of COVID, they were few and far between in stock. Thank heavens for Best Buy. In stock and delivered within a week! The ice dispenser is a little difficult to use as it seems to be very short, not enough height for a larger glass. But it's workable. Also, the shelves do not adjust. I have NEVER stored my milk and orange juice in the door as I don't think that it stays as cold as the inside of the refrigerator. I LOVE the color and overall, great for the price.

Beautiful fridge works great. Had no issues. Had one drawer that had a crack in it when we got it home called Whirlpool. They replaced it immediately.

Nice refrigerator but it didn't fit into my house kitchen door. The wrong size was ordered. Make sure the right one ordered.

I was so excited to get my new frig. When I first ordered it, I thought it was going to be too small, but it's perfect for a small family. It's slow making ice cubes and not too noisy. The only minor issue is one of the veggie drawers (there's 3) doesn't glide out easily. Will try adding vegetable oil to the slides to see if that helps. The temperature adjustment for the freezer and refrigerator is on the outside of the unit over the ice and water dispenser which is different but I'm good with that. Overall, I would recommend this product to others.

After multiple problems with GE Refrigerator purchases not working properly & receiving a LEMON, I purchased this size WHIRLPOOL because of my space limitations . It works properly however, the freezer is ridiculously small and has lots of wasted space. I’m glad I have a separate upright freezer for additional food storage. The WHIRLPOOL DESIGN TEAM NEEDS TO LOOK AT THE DESIGN FEATURES OF THIS REFRIGERATOR &FREEZER., THEY ALSO SHORTENED THE VEGETABLE DRAW, WHY DIDNT THEY JUST MAKE ALL DRAWS THE SAME SIZE ? HOPEFULLY IT WILL LASTS 10 YRS. OR MORE.

Works very well as expected. Love the 3 drawers and their depth for storage. Great look.

Nice fridge. Chose it because it fit into a recessed spot in the kitchen. Keeps temperature perfect. Quite.

Works great just what we were looking for. Bestbuy install was a plus

The installer had to work a bit to level the doors, but they did it! This fridge is smaller than our other one, but it fits nicely. We are used to the door closing automatically and just have to remember to push the doors shut. Also, the shelves can not move up and down. We are getting used to it.

It's a nice fridge and the best deal that I could find for a 33" wide model. Only thing is when the compressor first kicks on, it is a bit noisy. It was worse before I removed the piece of tag board from the bottom of the back. It seems like it was vibrating against some of the tubing back there or something. Now without the tag board it's better. It also gets quieter after it's running for a few minutes. I'm not sure what causes the noise initially, nor do I know how to make it go away. Other than that it's a really nice fridge.

I like refrigerator. Only problem came with doors uneven. As long as it seals. Things are so different now days Delivery is all they do. You on tape and figure out what to do. All kinds of gooey stuff on it But two weeks later water installation people helped. Whirlpool needs to do better

This was marked down 40% due to a small ding on the side of the door. Works great otherwise. Freezer is a little small.

Ice machine seems to have slight issue sometimes where it doesn't work so you have to press it again but it is a small inconvenience. The fridge is functional and very specious on the inside compared to my previous fridge that took up the same amount of space in my kitchen. Build quality is average which is satisfactory at this price point.

The only reason im giving it a 4 star is because when my husband went to install it a screw was missing to level it on the bottom. I called best buy to get the screw and after an hour trying to get through tp talk to someone they told me i had to call the munufacturer simce it was under warranty. Then another hour on hold with them for a stupid screw. Nit worth the hastle. Fridge works great. No complaints on that but the service was lousy.

We had to downsize to this refrigerator because of the space in our kitchen. It’s good for a family of 3-4 but no more than that. The freezer section is limited and we aren’t able to buy meats to store. I have to buy as I use. A great plus for me is the ice maker, it always has ice and we use it all the time

We purchased it in the Bridgewater store and the guy who took my order was Rick Rodrigues who was looking for different appliances for my house. I Compared prices with Home Depot, Lowe’s, Roger appliances and PC Richer and Best Buy’s price was the lowest.

My only complaint with this fridge is that you can't adjust the shelves in the refrigerator section. You can adjust the ones on the door. The fridge is very nice looking and I like the setup of the water/ice dispensers. Much better than my last refrigerator, which was an 18 year old Whirlpool. Overall very happy.
