||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fridge was delivered with a small scratch (we received a best buy gift card as compensation, portion scratched was concealed anyway so wasn't a huge deal). Fridge has a few annoyances but works well and quietly. Ice falls out of the tray for some reason and ends up in the rest of the freezer. One of the drawers was slightly open when trying to close the fridge door and ended up cracking the whole drawer. Hard to fit a gallon of milk on any of the shelves except for the top one.

The only thing I am a little disappointed with is the size of the freezer. Given the size of the ice maker, the freezer usable area is quite limited and it becomes a challenge to fit things. Also when opening the door frequently the ice maker drips a bit - but this could be due to condensation.

The freezer side is pretty tight in space. Water and ice works, but there could have been a tray to stop water flowing down. Otherwise, all good

I wish the water/ ice dispenser on the outside of the freezer had a removable drip tray. You have to wipe it out and wipe the drip the runs down the front of it after each use. If you don't mind wiping it each time... This an attractive and ample storage for it's size refrigerator.

We preferred a model without water and ice but were unable to secure one, due to the manufacturer's multiple failures to deliver one. The delivery team did a phenominal job maneuvering the unit into the space it occupies.

That said there selection of bar 3 was proper.... 0 in freezer and 37 in refrig after 4 days of adjusting. They scraped the elevator with my old refrig when getting it out. I bought 4 appliances and they are being done at 3 times....

Although this was rated 0.7 cu ft smaller than my French door fridge, because of the shelves (no sliding drawers from the French door), I was able to pack more food into both the fridge and freezer. My complaint would be the shelves are not adjustable. Only the bins on the door are. So its a game of tetris to make groceries fit well.

First Side-by-Side Fridge

Even though the side-by-side is supposed to be larger, we are having problems finding spots for everything. Be cautioned that the shelves inside the refrigerator are not adjustable. Depending on where you purchase a gallon of milk, it may or may not fit anywhere but on the door. Having water and ice on the door is nice, but this model has no drain so you must always clean up any spills. You are also very limited on what you can put in the freezer. I don't believe we will ever purchase another side-by-side refrigerator.
