There are two a holes at the bottom of dooe hinges, which gathers dust. Bad design. It does not feel like a stainsless steel. It feels like metal scraps. The handles are too bulcky and outdated. It seems for the last 50 year the same design has been used without any improvement. If it was not for hieght restriction I would have never bought this piece of junk. It is not worth the money I paid.

I really like the sleek design and color of the product.

We looked at many fridges before settling on this model. When you have a tiny space, this in door water and ice making model will fit the bill!

I find this to be an added asset to my household. It is very quiet and it keeps everything very cold.

Most of the time, Ice/ Water dispenser is dripping. I Always have to have something on top so it doesnt drip all the way down the fridge.

This refrigerator is just what I needed and it was available when I needed it. Purchase and delivery were easy and exactly as promised. Communication was excellent. So far it is performing flawlessly.

Great looking and exterior design. Compressor is much too loud! Runs all the time. Temp. does not ever freeze below -10, which is adequate but my previous freezer went colder. More self space in refrigerator side is nice. Shelf for pop can is unique and useful.

The fridge looks nice and the inside is spacious enough for my husband and I, however; the drawers are kind of flimsy and loud when you open and close them. The main problem is the ice maker, as ice gets stuck in the shoot and then proceeds to melt out, causing a huge mess in the tray and on our kitchen floor. The water spout also drips at random. I have tried everything to fix these issues and have had no success. I've given in to leaving a small dish towel in the tray even though it looks terrible. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for since this is at the lower cost end of the side by sides. If you have more flexibility in your budget and can afford to spend a little more, I would not recommend this purchase.

A great product that fit in the limited space we had. The only thing stopping this from being a 5 Star is it does not produce ice very fast at all. Dont see where that can be increaded either.

We purchased this refrigerator when we bought our house. Whirlpool is obviously more expensive than other brands, but we assumed it would be worth the money in the long term because Whirlpool supposedly makes a higher quality product than its competitors. We were very, very wrong. In less than two years, we have made no fewer than 4 service calls. The icemaker has broken three times and has already been fully replaced once. The fridge has failed to seal despite being fully closed, causing everything in our fridge to spoil overnight. And now, less than two years after spending a small fortune on this unit, our one-year warranty has expired, forcing us to pay hundreds of dollars to replace the icemaker again. When I call for service, Whirlpool's response is to try to force us into a costly extended service plan. In short, I wish we had just bought a cheaper fridge and replaced it every few years rather than spending a good deal of money on a Whirlpool and nevertheless being forced to constantly spend money on repairs. I cannot emphasize enough that you should not purchase this product.

It's a good little fridge. We moved into an older house that had a built in around a fridge from the 80s, so without spending a ridiculous amount ITS A WINNER! The water and ice dispenser have a separate tab so it's easy to fill up large water containers and ice doesnt go everywhere. Fits PLENTY of food. I haven't figured out the crisper, yet - but I'm sure it's user error - would definitely buy it again.

Nice for family of 4 to 5 and ice maker takes about 2 hour. Wish it was a bit faster.

I've had this refrigerator for a month. Alot more roomy than I expected. Shelving is adjustable which makes it very convenient. Ice maker and dispenser work well. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Great fridge. Used in 1000 sq ft condo. A bit deeper than I would have preferred for a condo kitchen but it still worked out well. Renter was thrilled. Ice maker and water dispenser works great. My sister-in-law purchased the same fridge for her condo and was also quite pleased.

I love the black stainless steel color. Much easier to keep clean. Love the 3 drawers to keep food organized. Plenty of room for a small family or if you have a backup freezer. It does go into a cycle where the motor is a little loud. That doesn’t bother us a bit. I love it!!

I purchased this fridge for my mom and she loves it. We went with whirlpool because of how reliable their products are and this was no different. There is good lighting, the stainless steel color fits well in our kitchen and the ice maker is great!

Perfect refrigerator it was smaller than anticipated but it works perfectly we are happy with our purchase
