Lost my food. The repair tech from Whirlpool will not come for almost 1 week, I was told it is only diagnostic so expect to wait for parts…. So there is no expedite for a NEW NEW appliance failure The Geek Squad warranty means nothing since the refrigerator is not a year old yet… no help from Bedt Buy at all!

The fridge rattles no matter how much we adjust the feet. The fridge and freezer work fine and the interior space is good. It just doesn’t seem to be very well made.

The unit has been used for 30 days yet, but it will need to be serviced. The unit was not balanced when installed so it makes noise as well. The person that came to setup the unit was unprofessional and his dispatcher/manager was no better. Overall, the service has been poor and the product better than having no refridgeration in the summer, but far from being good.
