Arrived severely damaged inside & out & was installed to see if it cooled & our old refrigerator was disconnected & removed. Damage is on top, back & both sides & appears to have been dropped on its head somewhere along the line. There is also interior damage to every molded plastic shelf support & one of the vegetable drawers is totally unusable.

Love the fridge! The different temps and choices of ice cuts are great.

This refrigerator is small in size but delivers plenty of value, ample storage and ice and water maker in door is perfect. If you are in the market for a small refrigerator, this deserves serious consideration

I purchased this side by side refrigerator with best buy in August 2021 . After nine months of using this product it stop working. A technician came to check the issue and unfortunately there is a problem with the compressor and some other spare parts were also needed to fix it. These spare parts are back ordered and I am still waiting in limbo till now. Called whirlpool customer service in June and on several occasions but i am still getting the same answers, that it will take several weeks and there is no tracking number and that they are going to reach me once the spare parts ship. Called Best Buy if they can replace this product but since it is still under warranty it is WHIRLPOOL 's responsibility. If whirlpool can't fix it within a reasonable period of time why shouldn't they authorize replacement! It is so inconvenient and costly that i can't use this refrigerator for more than a month now and still counting an waiting.

we had a limited space overhead cabinet) so it was hard to find a rerfigerator for the space. This was our first side by side and it also had an icemaker/water line.

I wish I could give rhis refrigerator zero stara. Total garbage! Bought this refrigerator brand new in September, and after only 3 months something has gone out on it. It trips the breaker. Contacted Whirlpool to schedule service since it's still under manufacturer's warranty and a lot trivial foolishness just to get service. I had no refrigerator for a week. DON'T BUY THIS!!
