It works good, but shelves in the freezer and fridge are pretty small. I bought on line and I regret it a little. Thankfully I have a second refrigerator in the garage that I can put more freezer stuff in.

Not my first choice... but no other brand or model fit the cabinets. Replacement was same brand... Whirlpool but manufacture is now Samsung.

Very good appliance. The delivery and setup were smooth, and the Whirlpool quality is still there. We are very happy with it.

Unit is less than a year old and has gone out twice. refrigerator will not stay cold. spoiled many hundreds of dollars worth of food and Whir-pool took 4 weeks to come out the first time. I am dealing with it a second time and they do not even have dates for the next 28 days. this is so ridiculous. I wish I never bought this fridge as warranty only comes with repair.

I was sent a floor model when I purchased a brand new model. They delivered it outside of a box and it had a dent in the front of it. The fridge came without leveling feet or covers for the top brackets. We have small children at home and the fridge can easily slide and hurt someone without 3rd party solutions. The top of the fridge has writing in sharpie on it because again, we were given a floor model. The fridge runs out of ice after a few cups and takes forever to make more. Our model drops water out of the dispenser after about 10-15 seconds when you use the filtered water function on the door. When I tried to talk to Best Buy about it I was out on hold for 45 minutes, and then I was told I needed to call back because it hadn’t registered the delivery in the warehouse. Totally disingenuous…

Love the black staimnless steel exterior and the inside has more capacity than other side by side refrigerators that I've seen.

I was looking to replace a very old refrigerator in a very small space, this fit perfectly and it so roomy for its size. I could not be happier with this refrigerator

I have a 33 inch wide side-by-side whirlpool (5 months old). The ice maker comes with an on-off switch that is located at the front of the ice-maker and faces down into the ice bucket. When the auger runs, as part of the process to dispense ice, the ice moves forward and upward, and can press the on-off switch to the "off" position. So...no ice. The whirlpool repair technicians said this is a new design and the on-off switch should not have been located facing down where the ice could impact it. They talked to whirlpool and were told that there is no fix for this problem, at this time. Whirlpool seemed to accept that this may be a problem. I called whirlpool and was told that there is nothing whirlpool could do and that everything was working as designed. I talked to a manager and he repeated the same thing while he was doing his dishes.

Nice fridge, too bad the ice maker is so loud. Wakes me at night unless ice maker shut off.

So far all is good, now it's Not even been a month. I'm sure it'll be just fine no matter what after all it is a Whirlpool.

Too small, do not buy this. We notice that our refrigerator was not even so we check and we notice that one of the wheel was broken o. The same day that we got delivered. The door has strange noise due to the plastic on the side. The freezer door does not open all the ways out.

Wonderful refrigerator! Does everything that I want-keeps food cool or cold as desired. Makes ice cubes or crushed ice as desired.

Great refrigerator!! I just need it to make a little more ice. Lol

If you are looking for a good stainless fridge I highly recommend this one. Has tons of compartments and shelves. Keeps food fresh love how easy it is to clean.
