I am really happy with this refrigerator so far. The interior is really bright and spacious. Even temperature throughout and easy to keep clean. The ice maker does a great job. My only criticism is that the ice fills to the very top of the bin and is easily spilled out the back. Freezer is easy to organize for packaged items and is surprisingly large. Easy operation on the doors and storage bins. Great value for the price.

I really like this refrigerator. My family doesn’t use ice and we didn’t want an in-door ice water feature. The trade off is more room in the fridge. We also needed a narrower fridge to fit a space in our kitchen, and this model is one of the few very nice narrower refrigerators. Pros: So roomy! Great interior lighting. I can see everything inside the fridge and freezer. Nothing will be forgotten in a back corner. Cons: Maybe it’s a leveling issue we haven’t mastered yet, but the door will swing open so far it bangs against the wall if you open it too far. I put a clear silicone bumper thingie on our kitchen wall as a quick fix, but I wish there was a way to limit how far the door opens. Also, once you close the door, you have to wait 20 or 30 seconds before you can open it again. It forms a super tight seal for some reason. Despite the door flaws, this is my favorite fridge ever. It’s designed simply and practically and looks nice in my kitchen.

This has been a hard product to find. I am very happy with it. We had a LQ French door Refrigerator that failed after 14 months. After much research found several Manufacturers have compressor failures. Whirlpool got the thumbs up from friends in the business. (American Made!) And Best buy had it at the best price and in stock. Delivery was timely and ef%ficient.

Generally works well and fairly quiet. Doors are a little hard to open and the whole thing rattles a bit when door releases. Only real complaint is that doors need to be pushed firmly closed or they swing or roll back open. It would be nice if the doors would swing closed instead of swinging open.

I bought this as an open box item, so I got a really good deal on it, plus an extra 10% off for buying additional Whirlpool products. It's a great fridge for what I need it for, since I dont like the external water and ice dispenser. There's a lot of space for a top fridge and bottom freezer, but I have an additional "garage" freezer for other meats. Its a great fridge other than the fact that it makes a loud buzzing noise from time to time, so I am not sure if its a loose door, or a stand issue. But since I got a great deal on it, money savings is better than an occassional buzzing.

refrigerator is a nice change from our Samsung that had multiple issues and not making ice. The Whirlpool makes ICE! There is noise when filling the ice maker with water but at least you know it's working and you can see the ice when you pull out the freezer tray. Thank you Best Buy for swapping out our lousy Samsung and allowing us to replace it with a unit that actually works!

The whirlpool bottom freezer refrigerator was exactly what i was looking for. It is the largest capacity fridge i could put in to the space available. It works great and is very modern.

I love the speed of the delivery from time of sale to pick up of the refrigerator. This refrigerator ample room inside and sample with the freezer. The adjustable shelves in the refrigerator make storing larger items a breeze. I love ethe sperate controls for cooling the refrigerator and freezer areas. Easy to clean the outside with white vinegar and water looks like new.

Wanted to go with the smaller, simpler design of a non-French Door refrigerator - but they're very hard to find nowadays. Fortunately, Best Buy had this model in stock. It's plainer and more basic than the high-tech French Door models but I figure there's less to go wrong. It's actually more attractive in person, too. Best Buy made the purchase easy - as always - and their delivery vendor was fantastic.

Bought this to replace a 2 year old Amana side by side that stopped working. Due to the urgent nature of needing a refrigerator, I opted for this one. I like the bottom freezer but I do miss my water and ice dispenser in the door. It is spacious and seems well built. The only thing I don't love is the stainless steel, but it was all that was available in a hurry. Otherwise I am very pleased with this purchase.

The refrigerator runs quiet and keeps food cold appropriately, The lights are bright and clear in the refrigerator and freezer. It fits into a small kitchen. It is so nice not having to bend over to take items out of the refrigerator. The freezer can keep two turkeys and additional items. It was a good buy.

I love it. It has a lot of refrigerator space especially in the door. I like the top rollout drawer in the freezer. The only thing I don’t care for is the hydrator drawers in the fridge raider don’t have bearings they’re just plastic.

Have owned this refrigerator for only 2 months. So far, I love this refrigerator!! The size and design are great. Can't believe how much capacity it has. Runs very quiet. Although I do rate this a five (maybe in comparison to my last), there is one issue. The door is heavy and swings open with force if not held. Would want to place this somewhere there isn't a wall for the door to hit when it swings open.

I am very happy with my new frig. It is exactly as described. The shelves are easy to move. There is lots of door storage, and the slide-out baskets in the freezer are convenient. We were able to change the door to open from the other side, but this really takes two people -- holding the door and such. Some mentioned that it is noisy, but I really only notice the "noise" when the ice maker dumps the ice and refills, and I can live with that.

It’s rare to find a fridge lately that doesn’t have all the bells and whistles and gizmos of “modern” fridges that also doesn’t look like it’s still stuck in the 80’s. Just wanted a basic fridge with an ice maker, and this one manages to replace one of those standard fridges from nearly 30 years ago with nearly the same footprint but somehow a much better use of internal space. For only being a couple inches taller and wider than our old fridge, transferring everything into the new one left an entire couple of shelves free. My only gripe with it is that once you close a door, you absolutely cannot open either door for another 20-30 seconds until some sort of of re/depressurization has occurred. This happens surprisingly a lot and can be aggravating if you don’t plan your actions accordingly. If you wedge your fingers under the seal, you can get some air in there to let you open it sooner, but I feel I’ll be shortening the life of those seals by doing that repeatedly over time.
