Great fridge. I’m 47, had hand me downs my whole life. First new fridge I bought ever. Wanted a basic fridge and this fit the desires perfectly. Registration and extended warranty through the brand.

I really like this refrigerator it's working very well it's a very roomy no problems the ice is great. I'm glad I exchanged this one for my Samsung that didn't work with the crap. Never buy Samsung if you did I'm sorry. Every company that sells a Samsung should quit selling them they don't work.

I like the fridge because it is spacious and perfect size for a mid size family. The bottom freezer has two drawers and you can see exactly what you have in them unlike other models where narrow freezers make you plle food you end up forgetting. I didn't give it full 5 stars because it gets stained with fingerprints easily. I haven't found a product that keeps them clean longer.

Large refrigerator section with lots of Handy storage options. Drawers could slide easier. Freezer is sufficient but could be a little larger. Frustrating that one middle section cannot be removed in the top drawer. Keeps fridge consistently 40° on setting number 4. This does not have a built-in water filter so if you want clean ice make sure you buy an inline water filter to install outside of the fridge. I was not informed about this and have to do it after the fact.

I've owned Whirlpool appliances for 23 years, so I decided to stick with a trusted brand. When Best Buy delivered the refrigerator, it had several dents on the side. Best Buy compensated me for the damage. Then within the first week, the freezer frosted over. Again Best Buy stood by their product and delivered another refrigerator. The 2nd refrigerator had a slight flaw on the door. We solved that problem by swapping the doors. This refrigerator is louder than the 19 year old refrigerator that it replaced. Other than those issues I am fairly happy with this frig. It has taken some time to adjust to a smaller refrigerator. I went from a 26 cu. ft. to a 21.9 cu. ft. That was a mistake. I don't think I would buy this refrigerator again. On a positive note, KUDOS to Best Buy for their customer service!

This is the perfect refrigerator. From the order process to installation it was a no hassle experience. Jesus and his helper did an outstanding job at install. Fridge has easy access to food and bottom freezer allows for ease of dividing food by category and the storage system allows for food not to "get lost" and wasted. Bonus for me is the fact that I have physical limitations that make the access to fridge on top a priority. Price was amazing and you definitely get MORE than you pay for. I highly recommend this product and Best Buy. They really know customer service and so do the associates! Get one of these. I have two family members who will be!

Love the looks of my new fridge. Love the top fridge as it makes life so much easier by getting the stuff you use more often easier to reach. The bottom freezer is so much easier to get things in and out. Wish the basket was solid instead of metal basket but it works fine. It has a built in ice maker which many were missing. . I had limited space and this unit fit perfectly, while giving me much more room than a small fridge.

We purchased the refrigerator a month ago. Eye level refrigerator section is convenient. Plenty of room on the side for storage. A lot of space in the lower freezer section. Ice maker consistently produces good size pieces of ice. Very pleased with purchase.

WE LIKED THIS REFRIGERATOR BECAUSE IT HAS PLENTY OF ROOM,NICE AND BRIGHT, AND IT IS EASY TO REACH ITEMS WITH OUT BENDING OVER. THE DOOR FOR THE FRIDGE AND THE FREEZER BOTH HAVE EXCELLENT SEALS. ALSO LIKE THE BACK PANEL BEING ALL METAL RATHER THAN THE FLIMSY CARDBOARD ON LOWER PRICED MODELS.

Previously having a side by side I find this refrigerator much easier to find and retrieve items. The half, fully adjustable shelves allows the placement where I want them rather then where the manufacturer chooses. My favorite thing is the adjustable small drawer set low allows three egg cartons to just slide under, saving space.

Don't waste your money on a more expensive refrigerator unless it has some specific features that this one does not. This fridge is everything I hoped for, and Best Buys guys came and installed it perfectly (which included removing the door handles to ge it through my kitchen door. Looks great. Seal are tight. Keeps things cold and organized. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and delivery product is everything we had wanted

This is a great whirpool I got at the open box store and it was only $400 new with a mini dent on the back.

Basic with the features we like: stainless steel, ice maker, and bottom freezer. Great to be able to get delivery within a week!! Only drawback is......it’s hard to open right after we closed the refrigerator door. Probably it’s normal for new refrigerator, time will tell.

This is a very nice refrigerator. Basic, I suppose, no WIFI, in-door video or automated dispensers. It does make ice and keep things at the right temperature, and quietly. The unit has a feel of quality and durability. So far, I think it was a good choice.

Great fridge. Purchased for new kitchen very convenient. A lot of space inside. Plenty of room when holidays come around. Would recommend to everyone.

Was worth it for the price and been a high quality fridge.

We had to replace a 7 year old LG refrigerator. I will never buy LG again. After careful research and shopping around we choose this Whirlpool. It has fantastic lighting, makes good use of space and controls are easy to use. Set on factory reccomend setting 4 works perfectly. Love my new Whirlpool fridge. Fabulous price.

Delivery went smoothly. They notified me by email and a phone call. Best Buy charged me $29.99 for the water hookup, although, I didn't want the ice maker, so they are supposed to credit my account. Also, IF you want the door to swing open on a specific side, be prepared to spend an ADDITIONAL $50 for them to do it! Would be nice if they warned you ahead of time. Most reputable appliance dealers will do this "free" of charge!
