I own some rental homes and have renovated some homes, so I've purchased quite a few refrigerators in the past couple of years. I purchased this refrigerator for my own home and I would give anything to get rid of it. It randomly freezes items on the lowest shelf, middle shelf, and middle drawer. You have to push the top doors closed vs. relying on them to close by swinging shut. The door ajar alarm is basically useless - it doesn't sound until after a full 5 minutes and you don't hear it unless you are a few feet away from it. The door doesn't sound at all if you didn't push the door shut and it is still ajar, but not completely open. I purchased a dishwasher and gas range at the same time and those I'm very happy with, but this refrigerator is very sub-par.
