Very nice refrigerator! Got on sale for Black Friday! Decent storage and great build quality! Only gripe is the ice maker wastes a lot of space that could be useful

Roomy and convenient I love the middle drawer. The freezer has so much room and it’s easier to see what’s there than my old side by side.

The middle drawer is great for storage. The freezer has just enough room but could be a bit bigger. We have boxy frozen items that take up a lot of room and have to be placed in our outside freezer. Fridge door with ice maker only closes all the way if given a little push. Door will sit a little bit open if you let it try to close on its own, however fridge will not recognize that the door is open, so no alarm goes off. Not a deal breaker, just inconvenient at times.

I choose this refrigerator because I liked the 4th door and because it was not as deep as all other 4 door refrigerators but still has plenty of room. Even the freezer has more room than my old side by side 2 door. There are a few negatives, such as it runs a little loud, and louder when making ice. Also, the doors swing open a little to easy with little resistance. Lastly, and I think this is true for most refrigerator water filters... this filter isn't going to give you the cleanest water. It'll be better than tap, but not as good as the standard pitcher type filter. All in all, I recommend this refrigerator, especially if you don't want yours sticking way out from your counters.

The fridge looks nice and performs well. I would say the interior shape (due to the middle drawer and ice maker) is a bit awkward and the middle drawer looks cool, but isn't so great functionality-wise, so that's why I took a star off. It's perhaps a little louder than others, but nothing to complain about. Those that are complaining may have unusually loud ones or something.

The fridge works great! water and ice on the door is amazing the ice crusher works great and is not too loud. The french door design is great and the fridge in general is quite. Only issue is that the fridge does have an alarm to alert you when the door is left open but it only really works if the door is left completely open. If the door is simply not closed properly and if open by about an inch, the alarm will not sound as it thinks the door is closed but its open enough to leak the cold. So a better alarm would be better but other than that, its a great fridge!

I purchased this fridge about a month ago. The ice maker worked for about 4 days, and then it stopped. I set up geek squad to come out and they did just a few days later. They replaced the ice maker itself, but it did not solve the problem. Hopefully they can either repair, or replace with the same fridge. Because I really do love everything else about it!

Quality product with excellent, easy to use temperature and ice controls. Keeps food very cold and freezes quickly Non smudge finish maintains a perfect surface. A must appliance for your kitchen.

I was excited to get this new fridge however after spending a bit of time in my home I noticed ongoing condensation on the freezer gasket surrounding the drawer. I also had condensation dripping from the ceiling of the fridge and even on the outside of the fridge at times. Luckily, or not, I had purchased an extended warranty from Best Buy (I advise NOT doing this as their service was far below par). The technicians came out multiple times over the course of a year or so to no avail. It took hours of my personal time to rectify the situation. The Best Buy Warranty call center staff were just HORRIBLE!! They lacked any compassion or understanding always citing the need for another ‘fix’. Their standard response was that they have to attempt a repair 3x’s before replacement…I felt a crunch as my 3yr extended warranty was about to expire and I continued to experience my well documented issues. After MUCH back and forth they agreed to replace the fridge which I am replacing with an LG!

Lots of room, keeps my food cold and my icecream frozen. My only complaint is that the door open alarm could be a little more sensitive. The doors require a pretty firm shut, and I find myself only partially closing them a lot.

After extensive research, I finally picked this refrigerator and I love it! I was unsure about the smaller main compartment and the large "deli drawer," but I find it so convenient. My previous fridge was slightly bigger, but this one holds more and is better organized. The only complaint is that sometimes the icemaker will dispense crushed ice with cubes. I've read that complaint about other refrigerators. Annoying, but not a game-changer.

This is my first French door refrig and i love it! Lots of room. Just wish the ice maker didn't take up as much room.

I purchased this fridge as an open box / floor model. It had no damage besides the residual amounts of tape that were inside of the fridge when it was being used as a display. But this fridge has been amazing and have had no complaints. 10/10 recommend this fridge!

Plenty of room for a 2 person household. Ice maker has plenty of capacity as well. Bonus drawer great for fruits and veggies.

Great price lost of storage perfect for big or small families

We've had this refrigerator almost 3 weeks now and we love it. Sounds like a 747 taxiing for take-off while 'fast cooling' but it settles down after that. Still a tad noisier than our old fridge but no big deal. LOVE the extra pull-out drawer door. SO convenient! A problem leveling the doors was solved by slipping garden hose washers cut into a 'c' shape under the 'low' door. YES, you can lift the doors slightly to do this. A Geek Squad member knew this but the Whirlpool fellow said only adjust from the bottom of the refrigerator. Improvised..... Looks beautiful in our kitchen.

New refrigerator is quite, water& ice dispensers are easy to use, absolutely enjoy using the middle drawer, very convenient. I do recommend this refrigerator.

I love this fridge. I want sure about the middle drawer but I love it!! I keep my fruit and a few Gatorade or sodas there too. This fridge has plenty of room for all I need.

This refrigerator is spacious, and the look is elegant. One of the cool features is that additional drawer right below the fridge. I would highly recommend it.

The refrigerator seems great. The install team was great. Been installed about a month. The ice maker doesn’t turn on. I suspect there’s a quick fix, so I’m not going to say the product is defective, but I when I follow the simple instructions on the owners manual, it still doesn’t turn on. My complaint is directed toward the service end of things. I called Best Buy around 7 pm on a weekday (I have the Geek squad plan, or whatever they call it) and after waiting for 35 minutes, I was told by the person on the phone that no one was still in the building who could assist me... they had gone home for the day. Fine. I called midday on a Saturday... while I waited, I went online to seek out the chat help. After about five minutes, someone started chatting with me as they made a good faith effort to help. The problem was, even though they knew the exact model of refrigerator I purchased, they had no clue how to help. They were asking me to press buttons and move levers that didn’t exist. The gentleman finally admitted to me that his expertise is with computers, not refrigerators. He insisted the only remedy was to send a technician out to my home. I was hoping to avoid that as I suspect there’s a quick fix I can do myself, but so be it. As it stands now, I won’t have a technician out to my home until Monday, November 16... roughly two weeks after reporting the issue. And by the way, the entire time I was engaging with the person on chat, I never hung up the phone... my phone call was never answered... another 45 minute process. If I didn’t hang up, who knows how much longer the hold would have been... Love the fridge, very disappointed in Best Buy.
