I bought this item as open box so i got it really cheap. The only thing I have noticed is scratches on the side of one of the upper doors. It works for us because that side faces toward a wall so we never see it. We didn't get any paperwork with it so no user guide, but we are figuring it out. It didn't come with a water filter so when we first got it the ice maker and water dispenser didn't work. Took me a couple weeks and $20 to figure that out. I figured the previous owner kept the filter as a spare. Also, the left frig door won't always close all the way on it's own so we have to make sure to close it. Also, the frig door shelves are very small, not much room to hold many things. Something very different from our side by side.

I really like this refrigerator. The extra drawer makes for easy access to the items I put in there. Also the freezer is easy access also.

Associates were very helpful and accommodating. I love the refrigerator. There's plenty of room for everything . The extra drawer between the refrigerator and freezer is a great bonus for storing cheese and produce

This refrigerator is even better than I expected. It has plenty of room and endless organizational options. The delivery guys were careful and efficient. I have a newly built home and was worried about them bumping into something or scuffing the paint on the walls. They were very careful to not cause any damage.

Very nice fridge, runs nice and cool, and looks sleek. The finish is real nice and contemporary looking. The ice and water dispenser works great and do not forget to cycle it before using it to clear out the filter and tubing. The space in the top compartment is very good and the modularity is helpful. The door interior compartments are nice and spacious though the left side can be very narrow towards the top. The crispers have humidity control. The middle compartment is spacious enough for a pack of 36 egg tray and a mid sized salad container. Runs as cool as the top compartment. The freezer is spacious and the baskets are deep enough to accomodate large packs of meat/seafood. The lighting on the dispenser pedals are nice and provide ambient lighting in the dark. The ability to control through the touchpads and adjust the measurement for automatic water dispensing is nice. A well worth purchase.

This refrigerator is good and the humidity control is great. The vegetables and fruit don’t bad as quick as my old refrigerator. The reason I gave 4 stars because it is so loud. Around 55-60 db. The noise is the only concern.

Too soon to review how long it may last, which is the most important thing. But I love the space. It has a lot more space than my side by side had. And I like the water dispenser. Our old one splashed. I like the drawer. I like everything about it, so far. Only time will tell regarding longevity and repairs. My favorite thing is the bottom shelf that is the whole width of the refrigerator. I can fit huge pans and probably leftover pizza boxes, there.

Love this fridge. I did a lot of research before pulling the trigger and I am absolutely confident I made the right choice. I believe it is the perfect balance of cost and quality. Lots of good features and more thsn enough storage for me, my wife, and two sons. Would definitely recommend over a brand like LG or Samsung.

It's a nice refrigerator with some great features, for the most part everything works very well. It got a 4 star rating because 1) The door shelves are not adjustable so you can only fit whatever is the right height for the shelf. The left side shelves are basically useless and odd shaped (where it closes in front of the icemaker). 2) The stainless steel trim on the face of the shelves started popping off the first day. It's not functional and purely aesthetic so I went ahead and pulled them all off. Dear whirlpool, if you're not going to do it well, just don't do it. I'd rather have a little less bling on my shelf than be annoyed my new product is already falling part.

Looks slick and and the design is very suitable for the family. One gripe is that the right door doesn't like to stay open but the left has no issues. The fridge is leveled and I found a workaround to keep it open but I have to carefully hold the door at its maximum opening position and slowly let go for it to stay.

Overall refrigerator is great. Plenty of storage, and easy to clean. Only thing I didnt like is the storage bins on the door are very narrow and metalplates on the storage bins peeled off within weeks of purchase.

We have mostly had GE products and this is our first major Whirlpool purchase. So far after a month we are very pleased. Love the design especially the middle drawer and the ice make keeps up with all we need for 2 people. I also like the programming on the front for water, ice and such. we bought this at the Best Buy outlet in Everett WA at roughly half the store price including the extended warranty.

So far we are really enjoying this refrigerator. It is so spacious. We love the refrigerated drawer for drinks and things we want easy access to. The freezer drawer is amazing. It is so easy to see everything. We also love the two basket drawers at the top of the freezer drawer. We are also enjoying the water dispenser and being able to dispense water in programmed amounts.

Overall this is a very good refrigerator. It has lots of room and the exterior 4th door is a big improvement over the inside version from my previous fridge. My only complaint is the noise. Every 30-45 minutes it emits a very loud noise, I think from the water pump/ice maker. It lasts 3-5 seconds and is very distracting

Love my refrigerator! Love the double drawer and love the fact that there a separate dispenser for water and ice. The loud noise coming from the ice dispenser is bothersome, but because all other features are great; we are willing to put up with it. But we love even more if the noise could be quieted…

Really cool refrigerator! My wife has always wanted this one and it does not disappoint. There’s more than enough room for a family of 4. Thank you for making such a wonderful product.

Good price , best buy do price match which is great. Fridge is roomy and nice looking, I got the stainless.
