I bought a samsung two years ago. Within two years two shelves had broken off the door, the ice maker control arm broke, the ice maker itself stopped working TWICE, the water dispenser broke while dispensing water which flooded the kitchen. So I had enough, did a ton of research and ended up buying this whirlpool. It has been night and day difference, no leaking, constant ice, shelves haven't broken. Whirlpool just got a longtime customer.

We had to get a new refrigerator pretty fast after our old Kenmore french door refrigerator quit after 12 great years. I chose this brand and model because it came in black stainless and also the ice maker machine was not mounted on the inside door. We've had this refrigerator for around seven months now and my only complaints are that the ice maker does not produce enough ice a day for two people. Also, the chrome trim inside the doors on the shelves comes apart from its molding. It's easy to push back in, but I just find it sad that things aren't made as well as they used to be for the price I expected better quality. I do enjoy the deli drawer which is a very nice feature to have.

Great refrigerator. Easy to clean. The drawer gets everything organized.

I really like my new Whirlpool Refrigerator, it has plenty of room and the drawer holds lots of drinks or whatever you want to put in it. The finish doesn’t show fingerprints and it runs quietly because the kitchen,dining room and living room are one open floor plan. We bought it 3/11/2020 and deliver right away, the deliver men were very professional.

Great fridge. Love the middle door. Only drawback is very loud humming noise but was told by Whirpool service that this is normal during "break in " period.

I couldn't do a side by side in the area I had it in, the door would hit the wall and would allow for pizza boxes or bigger dishes to fit in it. Love the French doors, lots of room for may items. Overall I greate product, just one thing, ice maker can get stuck one in a while. But once you un jam it you are good to go.

Good space in the fridge and works great. Waiting 4 days for it though was not ideal.

No issues, owned for a few months now. Will never buy another samsung fridge. Ice maker kept freezing over. No issue with whirlpool

Great item with load of space. I love this fridge it works amazingly and the sections and moveable shelving gives ample options for making the space functional for each individuals needs.

Really love the drawer! I put snacks for the kids in there, it’s their drawer. Keeps them out of my fridge and everything stays neat and clean. The water and ice levers are kind of tough and you have to push a bit hard. The water ounces measure is very inaccurate but that doesn’t bother us much.

The refrigerator is beautiful in the black stainless steel. It's spacious and allows for sorting and separating of food. I'm loving the chilling drawer. The ice maker can be a little loud and there's this whistling sound that I've noticed here and there but it's otherwise pretty quiet. My only issue was the delivery. My refrigerator was installed damaged but customer service did call immediately and offer multiple solutions.

We went to the best buy outlet and purchased a refrigerator. The whole experience was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. The appliances were in pretty good shape considering they were open box. We were able to purchase the one we liked and the staff helped load into our truck and the customer service was top notch. Definately recommend to anyone looking to save a little money and have an amazing buying experience! Thanks Best buy you have a customer for life!

For the most part this is a great fridge. A few flaws, to mention in the design: the shelves in the door with the ice maker are entirely too small and virtually worthless. The two drawers I feel should be able to be moved down further to avoid the large gap beneath them or be able to be set at the same height. The light doom on the top of the fridge should be flush to avoid more wasted space. There are a few other small details I feel are a little bit of a miss on the overall functionality of the unit, but the fridge drawer and freezer spaces are great.

Massive ice capacity. I am never out of ice. I love this fridge. Super quiet and it is gorgeous at night when I have the lights out. The blue led lights look like something from the future.

Very Roomy and we are happy with it so far. Multiple storage area are great.

The freezer is not making sufficient ice, not sure why? Also ad said fingerprints resistant and that is not true, finger prints show up all the time.
