The ice maker died within 6 months of owning it. Thank goodness it was still under warranty, so I didn’t pay anything to replace. But here I am less than 2 years later and it has died again! Will now have to pay a lot to replace it. Also, the metal frame is the crisper drawer fell off with a little pressure on it so I did my best to put it back on bc it would be $400 to replace it along with the repairman fee. My last Whirlpool side by side had no issues. This is garbage.

His customer service was exemplary and Best Buy’s products very competitively priced. The stores matched the advertised price from Costco without the hassle of holding on the phone for Costco Service indefinitely for a delivery dates etc. I’m very pleased with ALL the prices and service as well as the knowledge of the Best Buy staff in all Depts. We returned and also bought a 75” TV, the annual Geek Squad tech plan, additional walk mounts for 5 TVs, and could not have gotten more professional and courteous service!

Only negative I have so far is that one of the shelves isn't collapsable, so storing large items in one particular section of the fridge is a bit inconvenient.

Pros: very pretty- no fingerprints, center drAwer is great for the kids! Water and ice maker are great- no mess. Cons: the side door containers are slim and really don’t hold much. Shelf and drawer configuration is odd. The frig. Is comparable to having kitchen cabinets that pull out- you can see everything. The delivery team was miserable and dinged my frig. Not the greatest customer service at Best Buy BUT with the pandemic it’s hard to purchase an American made refrigerator. I looked at 5 and this is the only one I found available. Love this frig!

The first one is a different model and the ice maker has to be reset everytime you empty the tray. This model I have not emptied the tray yet but when the ice dumps we have to turn up the volume on the tv because the water filling ice maker is so loud. You would think by 2024 this should not be a issue, we have a 20 year old frigidaire and the only time you hear ice maker is whem it dumps, that is how it should be. Come on Whirlpool
