So loud, that my husband constantly complains about it. Disappointed about it considering it's supposed to be so much more energy efficient than our last fridge.

The delivery and setup guys were knowledgeable and efficient as well as polite and helpful. I bought several appliances and would strongly recommend Best Buy to anyone who wants knowledgeable professionals to install them.

Doors are slightly off and switch that controls the light in the freezer has frozen closed so the light does not come on. Still need to figure out how to fix these 2 things.
