Identified model we wanted to purchase. Sales rep needed details to finalize the decision, very helpful, and knowledgeable with professional manner. Explained how and when on delivery and removal would work. Very impressed with delivery personnel and how they lifted refrigerators with straps and just walked them in and out, no mess at all.

I’m only giving a three star rating for now since I had an LG model before. That broke down on me no less than six times to the point where all my food was spoiled and Best Buy had to replace it with my geek squad protection. I’ve had this one About two months, if that, and so far it’s holding out OK. I will come back and update this review once I have more information. Stay away from the refrigerators with the ice machine in the door. These make very little ice and if you have more than three people in your family, you’ll always have zero ice and a broken ice machine

Love that it’s super roomy inside with adjustable shelves. Love the finish- no fingerprints to worry about!

Awesome fridge! I've had it for a week and it's amazing. Nothing negative to say about it. I started off with the 2 big box hardware/appliance stores and had horrible experiences on multiple deliveries with damaged products, etc. Best Buy was great and so was their 3rd party delivery company. Great fridge, great experience all around.

Like the new refrigerator a lot. There are a couple of issues. The refrigerator has a drawer which is difficult to open. Drawer must be lined up carefully in order to pull open. Also, the ice storage bin is difficult to open and you really need to yank hard to remove for cleaning.

I love my new refrigerator. The spaciousness is wonderful and it was American made.

Very happy with the purchase, delivery and the product!!

After 5 moths I feel compelled to write this review. It’s a product that achieves the objective of keeping its contents cool but is very noisy. I’ve had an engineer out twice, the same engineer, he told me the first time it’s meant to be this noisy, the second time he replaced e internal fan motor. That removed the noise, for three weeks, then it came back. As I keep gettin the same engineer I’m almost resigned to put up with it. A great shame as I’ve been a lifelong whirlpool customer and the washing machine and dryer have been great. Really disappointed in this unit though with no real support left to turn to.
