Besides looking good this refrigerator is very functional. The pull out drawers provides easy access to drinks and frozen food items. The double doors allow you to arrange items as you see fit. The crisper drawers maintain the freshness of the food.

Beautiful fridge. Nice and big. Room for all my things. The ice maker isn't real loud. Makes plenty of ice.

The delivery was on time and the delivery men worked hard to get the refrigerator into my house. Everything was great and I love my refrigerator!

The unit seemed great at first, but over time, the low quality has really started to appear. The unit is less than a year old, and the water dispenser only works occasionally, after an elaborate dance of opening and closing the doors, the seals of which have already started to tear. Very disappointed in the quality of this product.

Waiting on a replacement until December . Apparently the packaging for delivery on these fridges are prone to big dents on the side.

Fits well against a wall. Doors do not swing wide. Only thing that would make it better would be 2 ice makers vs just the one.

This item was delivered in a reasonable amount of time and is just the right size I needed. The ice maker and water dispenser work great and the temperature controls are very easy to operate.

My only small complaint is that the doors don't close all the way unless you push them shut. Not a problem with no kids in the house, but I could see how they would stay ajar if the person wasn't careful.

I always knew that my next fridge would be a French Door. I truly hated my side by side. The french door has so much more room and I love the extra veggie drawer and the pull out freezer drawer. I wasn't sure I would like the stainless steel, but now that I have it, it gives my kitchen a whole new look.

worst appliance delivery i have ever encountered! only a 20 min window to set up? i needed the old fridge relocated, this team will not remove doors? would have been nice to know ahead of time, after arguing with the delivery manager i was left with the old fridge in the middle of my kitchen. which my wife and i had to relocate ourselves. plus they did not take the haul away unit, have to wait another week for that schedule. as far as the unit it self, so far so good. do not like the fact that if you want a lot of ice (to fill a Picher) the ice maker tray is extremely small compared to most storage trays. i will never buy another major appliance thru this best buy location again. stick with home depot for kitchen appliances.

I had a Whirlpool refrigerator for 20 years that held up good so therefore when I decided to update my appliance I definitely wanted another whirlpool.i have had it for a month and I am completely satisfied

Best Buy was so easy to deal with, I really don't buy stuff elsewhere if I can buy it at Best Buy. I love the Whirlpool fridge. So glad I got the one with the outside drawer.

Just love it especially the refrigerator draw. It is very convenient to have instead of having to open up the fridge everytime.
