It is very sharp on the backside and difficult to use that drawer and the freezer drawer as it hangs there with sharp parts. Even more frustrating is the process of calling into the 1-800 number. What a cluster. The first guy told me that we would have our replacements parts in 3 to 5 business days. Nothing arrived after 9 days. Spent 45 minutes waiting for someone and got the run around. Called the store and they put an escalation in. We were told they would be able to come out with the new parts on June 18th. Now the part isn't anticipated until July 16th. Assuming that date holds up, we will be dealing with a fridge with a sharp unattached part for almost two months before it is fixed. So disappointed.
