When the compressor is running it has a high pitched whining sound and it runs probably 75% of the time. Would not recommend especially if you have an open concept with the little living area in close proximity to your kitchen.

Only had the refrigerator for a month and the ice maker is not working. Had to call the manufacture for service already.
