Great product! Love the look and the size it is. Looks great in my kitchen

Product was defective. Ice dispenser and water dispenser did not work and control pane did not function properly . 3different people came out to fix and was unable to do so. Was told it would be about 3 weeks for new one very disappointing

4 weeks in and the evaporator fan seems to not be working and it sounds like a an airplane taking off in my house on Christmas Eve. Frost all over the freezer, just threw out a bunch of items and just waiting for it to stop working. Supposedly I will get a call in 5 days to even schedule and appt. So I guess we just hope with a family of 5 to have a working fridge. Not a good showing for something we awaited months for. Can’t say we are thrilled and wanted to be for this fridge since we had a bad experience with a Samsung. Really wish we just fixed our 12 year old GE which was great. Install was not great also. Door frames marked up, just threw it in and left without really seeing if it worked. Awful experience all around but most likely no one will care. Sad as my guests asks me what is wrong with our fridge.

The middle drawer is the best feature. All the snacks go there for easy access. Love it!

LOVE THE LOOK AND COMFORT, EXACTLY WHAT WE WERE LOKING FOR.

I have owned this refrigerator for just over a year and I wish we had our old side-by-side back. We are a family of five, and I thought the produce drawer was going to be a plus. It's not. It's actually a pain. Space is awkward in this refrigerator. I have tried rearranging every which way, but nothing works well. The ice maker takes up so much space, and backs up, spilling ice everywhere. My kids sometimes don't close the drawers or doors all the way, however, if the door is slightly ajar, the alarm will not sound. When it does sound, it is very faint and hard to hear. Had I seen this refrigerator with food in it, I would have noticed how awkward it is and would have passed on it. It's pretty, but functionally not impressive AT ALL.

I love the measured fill option and the drawer is perfect for the kids to access their snacks.

Excellent fridge gets the job done and looks very nice

Within the couple of months of receiving this model, the ice maker stopped working. I used Whirlpools one year warranty and their appliance company came out to fix it. After a week, he looked at it, said he needed to order a part and came back 2 weeks later to fix it. This happened six more times until finally the warranty expired and the company told me they would have to charge me for fixing the ice maker. I contacted whirlpool about guaranteeing their work done during the warranty or for selling a lemon and they DON'T CARE. I thought whirlpool was supposed the be the last company you could rely on for quality but it seems even they have gone the way of crappy appliance makers who don't stand by their products. So now I have a new fridge and no ice maker. It also freezes my food in the fridge periodically. I am going to report them to the state's attorneys office. Maybe if enough of us report these appliance companies they will be forced to do something about it.
