After having a 3 year old expensive LG brand fridge stop working then being told it could not be repaired I did the research and found Whirlpool is still American Made, I’m sure some parts probably are not but still. Only had this fridge for a month now but so far so good. Had the features we wanted and keeps the food cold which is the whole purpose of a fridge. Took the repairmen’s advice and stayed away from LG, Samsung and GE since they now make disposable major appliances. Good job Whirlpool.

This was not my first Whirlpool refrigerator with my first one lasted almost 19 years. I would have liked to give this one four and a half Stars but after having to get the first one replaced because of a loud noise every time the compressor turned on. I called Best Buy and they sent me out another refrigerator 3 days later. I did more to give up on the whirlpool brand because the other one had been so reliable. The new refrigerator they replaced the first one where runs like a charm. I love the convenience of the French doors and how you can access things. I believe one of the other bonuses is that you can open the middle drawer and access the refrigerator without opening the whole refrigerator. I am truly hoping that I get the same dependability out of this model thanks Best Buy for being so quick to respond.

We purchased Whirlpool 24.5 Cu.Ft 4 door french door refrigerator. The BestBuy team came home on-time and removed the old refrigerator and installed the new one. Everything went very smoothly and we are superhappy with BestBuy. We have been using the fridge for one month and it is fully functional and we found no issues. We strongly recommend purchasing this refrigerator from BestBuy. We are so satisfied with BestBuy Applicance group, we purchased a total of six appliances from them. Best Deal, Best Service and Best People. Five Stars

Love the space in this frig. I love the second drawer. It dosent hsndprints as easy. I like the stainless steal. Has crushed ice and solid ice. The solid ice is smaller then my last whipool gold. I wish is wasnt. The ice melts faster. Also warning the water and ice maker is very very loud when it kicks on.

As soon as delivered, delivery contractors were very helpful. I noticed a small dent on the right front door....visible through the plastic film....peeled off the film....yep, it's dented. Delivery contractor took photos and said he'd submit to BestBuy for a possible discount on my total.....never heard from anyone at BestBuy? I didn't want to send it back for the hassle and inconvenience for ME. As far as the performance of the product, too early to tell, but my wife likes it. Too bad it wasn't in PERFECT condition for a total of $2700!!

We purchased this a few days ago. It looks nice seems to work well initially. It is a bit overpriced like all units with the middle drawer and water dispenser but we paid up because we like those features. We ordered it online and didn't realize that only the front was stainless. The sides are all painted gray. Not a big deal but a little misleading. The biggest problem we have is that the produce drawers are bent and they keep falling out when you pull open them (see the picture). We almost lost a bunch of glass jars when it collapsed the first time. We tried to call for service but after a seemingly endless process of working through the automated system we hit a message that said we were calling outside of service hours. We were prompted to enter a call back date and time which was rejected as there were no call back times available for a few days. Hopefully they will call back but in the mean time I suppose we'll try the online support. I will update this review with information about how they handle the service call.

This is a spacious fridge. I’m still figuring out the best things to put in the middle drawer, but I really like the features this refrigerator offers. The water and ice dispenser are great. It runs very quietly. Lots of freezer space. I’m very happy with my purchase.

So far I'm pretty happy with the purchase of this Fridge, this Fridge has replaced my still working outdated 14 year old Whirlpool Fridge since my old Whirlpool was so loyal to me I decided to buy this one. I really like it a lot, I have heard many complaints about the noise it makes, but honestly my Fridge is not making any noise in fact is really Quiet and easy to operate. My only issue is I just wish it was a smart Fridge, and displayed the current Temperature from Fridge or Freezer, I placed a thermometer inside the Fridge to keep track of the Temperature. That's the only drawback. But Its nice and Beautiful Black Stainless Steel. You will like it.

The fridge is great, the only thing i dont like is that it makes alot of noise when it refills to make ice. I can hear it from my room when the water goes up to fill the ice tray.

I love the ease of excess for getting and arranging my food with this excellent frig, plus with the icemaker pad and the water dispenser pad lights on, the frig is gorgeous. Thanks Lee

We have had our new French door Whirlpool for approximately 2 months now and so far, have had few complaints. I love the look of it in my kitchen, the finish cleans easily and is smudge proof. I had to move some of the bins around for maximum room for some taller bottles etc, but was easily done. The door side holds tall milk and another tall object. The bins I moved around now doesn’t close as they should though. I have to make them close correctly. The freezer has proven to be large enough for all I store. My favorite part is the middle drawer that holds cheeses , deli foods and all kinds of dips etc. The ice maker is generally good. We had one time where the ice backed up, but we just cleared it out and hasn’t happened since. Not too noisy, doesn’t bother us. I would buy this refrigerator again .

The door shelves can’t hold nothing but small products like Mayo, hunny, jelly.... they could’ve done a better job by putting bigger ones that can hold juices and 1 gallon milk. Be aware that the space is very reduced..... It’s a 24.5 cu ft but they could’ve made it better from the inside. The ice maker makes a hot mess when it dispenses ice. But overall it’s okay.

Very quiet. I’m not sure why I thought the sides would be stainless but they are not. They are painted gray. My fridge doesn’t sit inside of cabinet but I still love it!

I love my new Whirlpool refrigerator! The extra space is amazing. It took me a long time to replace my old Frigidaire even though the ice maker conked out post warranty. It was a double door and not enough room. The Whirlpool is very nice. Would like another shelf but the extra drawer makes up for that and less clutter to see!
