So.... I decided to purchase this fridge for my updated kitchen. First of all, it's huge. It just was able to fit in the space I had. It's also really beautiful. Not hard to keep clean. Plenty of space inside. I read some reviews that said it's noisy but I haven't gotten that. So glad that I was able to get this fridge, my first whirlpool appliance and my first french door fridge.

only had it for a almost a month - so far - real nice. good size, Love the 4 doors with the pullout drawer above the Freezer

Great so far, holds lots of stuff and looks great. Whirlpool has a better track record than other certain brand that have ice maker and condenser issues.

I was skeptical of buying a French door refrigerator because of its novelty. I love the design and the space of my new purchase.

Looks perfect, lots of features we wanted, especially the water and ice access from the door.

I absolutely LOVE ❤️ this refrigerator. It’s the perfect size for my kitchen and lifestyle. I just hate I didn’t buy it earlier when it was only $1500.

I had an LG before this one and this keeps my drinks so much colder. I love the 4 doors and the easy clean.

Worst refrigerator I've ever purchased! I'm on my 3rd one of these and Whirlpool has not done anything to fix the freezer not closing properly thus creating frost in there! The 3rd party company that they use in Michigan Grand Blanc area has been to my house over 6 times with this issue and I still don't have a fridge working right that I paid for now since beginning of September!! Probably will have to get the Better Business Bureau involved because I need a properly working refrigerator after 4 months of tries with service repairs! Too bad because I actually like the design of this model but when the freezer is not closing properly from the start you know you will have problems when it's out of warranty for sure! Stay away from Whirlpool Appliances in the Michigan area for sure!

Great product my wife wanted a big french door fridge and this fridge did it. We are very happy with it.

Delivery guy damaged my front door and damaged the side of the refrigerator badly. Delivery guy got a bad attitude with my wife at my home. Spoke to multiple customer service representatives on the phone and a supervisor and I was lied to multiple times. Was promised a $200 gift card for the damage to my refrigerator and did not get it. I spoke to a supervisor she gave me a fake reference/confirmation number F14858465. Another representative gave me another fake number for a gift that was promised is 346339449. I’ve also been hung up in by multiple representatives. Worst service I’ve ever recieved. I would recommend Best Buy to no one with the lies and service my family has received.

I bought a refrigerator and it was not working properly, I had to replace one. For the second one, Best buy had my money for 2 months and I had a broken refrigerator for 60days. Finally when they bought me my new fridge, the Geek squad did not have time to install this, they just put the fridge in house and they didnot turn on the water connection. When I called the Geek squad, he mentioned he does not have time for all this. I understand its hard time all, but the tone and how this whole customer service from Best buy is awful. Even though iam a Elite member of best buy, this is my worst customer service from Best Buy. Let's hope for the best with my new Fridge. if not, God knows how long I need to replace it again. attached are the call logs to Best buy customer service and never answered.
