Love it! Great fridge great options large capacity and drawers are perfect if you have kids.

The fridge looks great and it’s a great size. The issue I’m having is with the quality. The first one I bought had a defective door. The door would not fully close. There would be moisture built up around the doors, and the ice maker wouldn’t work when the door would get stuck. I had it swapped out and the replacement has missing screws on the accessories.

My freezer died checked BB got this unit for excellent price and my wife absolutely loves it

It fits perfectly in our kitchen and it has so much room! Best Buy outlet in Chesterfield, MO were great too we went back the next day and bought a new range!

This was a replacement of our fridge that was damaged in the flood. Loved it so much, got it again.

The refrigerator is nice except the produce drawers in the inside….they’ve given me problems since day one. They won’t stay in the track. I’ve had whirlpool come out and they adjusted them but they did the same thing later in the day. Customer service is terrible so don’t expect much help from them if something goes wrong.

It’s got plenty of horns and whistles, all the shelves are adjustable and the water and ice works great.

RUN! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I've had this unit for one year. I've had the front panel of the freezer replaced. The freezer light does not work and now interior cracking has started. The only repair they offer is to tape it or Epoxy it. The tech came out and became frustrated with me questioning the health and safety of this as well as the appearance. Resulting in him leaving with my refrigerator still unrepaired and then sending me an invoice. I've attached a photo of the epoxy label. Who wants that near their family and food.

I am not happy with this refrigerator. a huge amount of the fridge space is taken up with the ice maker. Literally the whole top left side of the fridge. Wish I could return it.

Brand new fridge 2 weeks new and the ice maker malfunctioned and spilled water all over our kitchen , we woke up to this on a Saturday morning the day of a party we planned! Wouldn’t recommend this fridge! Also the panel to set functions doesn’t work easily and is confusing! Hated that!! We traded this fridge in for another maker and model!

The icemaker on my new refrigerator freezes up and you have to remove it to get it to work again. There’s also a crack in the plastic under the icemaker

I love the fridge drawer in this. It slides smoothly. Plenty of room for lots of food. Freezer fits a lot with easy to find stuff with the basket. The water and ice is awesome. You can measure how much water that you put in your cup. The pad lights look nice with a pretty blue color.

Icemaker sticks and all the ice comes crashing on the floor! freezer drawer doesn’t close properly and builds up ice. I dislike this refrigerator and tried to replace it but covid came and i was unable to.

I purchased this Refrigerator on 1/30/2019. It sounds like the compressor is going out already. The noise is alarming to say the least.

Our previous 18-year-old refrigerator suddenly broke down, and we had to find a new one fast. This Whirlpool was one of the few available that fit the fairly small space we have for it, so we were happy to find it at Best Buy. While it makes a lot of odd noises, they aren't very loud, and the ice-maker is clunky but efficient. The water is only cooled to about 50 deg. F., which is fine with me. The fridge itself seems to run a bit too cold, but it's easy to adjust the temperature. The best feature is the very convenient middle drawer. The freezer has a couple of baskets that pull out, which also helps us organize things.

This is a great refrigerator! The middle drawer is great for kids snacks and fruit. It’s easy for them to open and get items without opening the main doors, The drawer seems more sturdy than other brands. It has lots of room in the freezer for storage. Looks great! The delivery people were knowledgable and efficient. Overall a great experience and very happy with the purchase
