I love my new Refrigerator It has lots of space I can see everything Easily

What is it with companies incapable of making a working ice machine. We have had barely a month and nothing but problems. In a 24 hour period it hasn't made enough ice to have a glass of ice water.

Crisper drawers did not work... 2 months to get them fixed. Stainless steel on door fading or changing color. Weird to describe.

AVOID this product! This fridge stopped working when I was out town and of course all the food spoiled. What is extremely frustrating is that the fridge is only 3 years old (purchased May, 2020). So very disappointed!

Have had problems with ice maker less than 6 months after purchase. Two service repairs already!!!!

The icemaker is terrible. Jams up often, runs out fast and takes too long to remake. Other than that its great.

I was excited to get this fridge after months of chronic problems with older one. It arrived with a slight dent which we accepted because we were so desperate to have a working fridge again. After a little over 2 months, the ice maker is broken, not producing or distributing ice. After trying to troubleshoot ourselves, we called Whirlpool and they cannot come fix until Dec 16th. $3000.00 for a new fridge and 2 months we are having to buy ice every few dys, SO DISSAPOINTED AND ANGRY!!

The fridge is setup really strange, there is a weird space in the bottom that does not hold much and if you do use it, your items are hiding

Purchased this refrigerator during a recent sale due to another Whirlpool dying after 10 years. It's a good looking fridge with many different lay out options for shelving. The door space is limited especially on the ice maker side of the fridge. Unfortunately the ice maker is unable to keep up with an active family of four to the point we are buying ice and looking at buying another refrigerator or ice maker.

I bought this new refrigerator in July 2023. It was not working on Nov 2023. I called Whirlpool for a repair, the guy said that 2 control boards needed to be replaced. However, they are in backorder and they have no idea when they will be in stock. I had no refrigerator during Thanksgiving and believe I will not have it on Christmas & New Year. I will not suggest Whirlpool to other people. It only works for 4 months and down. It destroyed my Holiday Mood.

This refrigerator has become my WORST nightmare. I got it at open-box price so I completely believe that whole “you get what you pay for” thing now. The filter leaked when i first got it. They had to send someone out here to fix it. Then the ice maker didn’t work. Tonight, it shot water at my ceiling from the top of the fridge and is leaking all over the floor. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF CRAP. I will never buy another whirlpool appliance again.

Do not buy. Bought end of July, by mid November this fridge started freezing my food. Repairman came out, replaced computer, and thermistors, still didn’t work. Another repairman was sent out. He wants to replace same exact parts. Meanwhile, I’ve been without a working fridge for 1.5 months. I’ve also lost a lot of money in food. Manufacturer said they can’t help. Can you be without a fridge for 1.5+ months? If not then don’t buy. Still waiting on that next repairman to replace the same exact parts the last repairman fixed also.....

DO NOT BUY!! In less than 6 months we've had 4 services done to fix the water and/or icemaker. This is a BRAND NEW refrigerator and neither Best Buy, nor Whirpool will replace it according to lemon law. Absolutely ridiculous!! We bought extended warranty as well, but Best Buy states that the extended Warranty won't kick in until Whirpool's warranty expires. NEVER BUYING WHIRPOOL AGAIN, OR EXTENDED WARRANTIES, OR FROM BEST BUY FOR THAT MATTER!

Just received my refrigerator today, and went to pull off the protective film on it and it took off the stainless film on the door.

We really enjoy this fridge. One the best decisions on our appliances. It does make loud noises sometimes.

I’m already having issues with the refrigerator and it was purchased on 3/3/202-

The inside is much smaller with the additonal draw. I did not find the draw helpful I'd prefer more space on shelves

This fridge does not produce enough ice for our family

We purchased the refreigerator from the outlet store. It had a small dent on the side which would be hidden after install. We were a;so told that it was damaged at the factory, not used. Upon delivery, the refrigerator had added damage to the front, the shelves were loose and bouncing around inside and the installer said this was a used refrigerator with problems on the door also.
