Item delivered damaged

I was unaware of the damage until the refrigerator began making terrible buzzing and vibrating noises. THIS WAS IN THE FIRST HOUR THE REFRIGERATOR WAS DELEIVERED AND PLUGGED IN. It had not been plugged in more that 45 minutes when this began....... It was so loud that I pulled the refrigerator away from the wall to try to identify where the noise was coming from. There on the back of the refrigerator, I saw that it been dented in and damaged. After having a repair person come in and look at it, the finding/result was that the damage had caused the regulator pump/fan to shake lose which resulted in the loud noises. Of course, I called on this. My new refrigerator is now 8 weeks away from delivery which means I/ my family has to live with this annoying appliance until the new one arrives. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

Best Buy sent someone out later and refunded me some money. However, I had to go through three filters before my water dispenser started working correctly.

Warranty issues

That's when I discovered that Whirlpool has an agreement with Best Buy that they will make any repairs during the first year, Which means my 3 year warranty I purchased with BB is only 2 years. The whirlpool tech service was not what i've come to expect from BB. No more whirlpool for me.

Nice fridge with easy access drawer.

Can’t open the crisper drawers without opening both of the French doors. Would be nice to just open the door on the side where the drawer is. Also, no easy way to access ice cubes except thru the door dispenser.
