Refrigerator was defective and did not work

Wanted us to purchase a second one, delayed delivery and they wait to pick up the one that didn't work. Had to wait on hold multiple times and when I did get thru to a live person I lost connection and had to call again. Ridiculous! We cancelled the second order and went elsewhere.

The best buy delivery and installation was the worst experience I have ever had with any service in my life. The first appointment they didn't show up with no call. The second almost 2 weeks later they left the fridge in the garage and would not set it up because the water line was still attached when they got there for the haul away. Your required to buy a new water line as part of installation that we paid for ... we had to find someone else to assist.
