Rude and unprofessional

Customer service failure with no recovery yet

The technician refused to install the drawers and pieces inside the fridge and said it is not their job . They didn’t verify if all fridge components were working and walked away .they had the worst attitude ever . I want someone to follow up please about this delivery

I decided to give whirlpool a chance after reading other reviews with the same issue. Overall I love the fridge with the space and so forth but the ice maker has had to be replaced each year that I have owned the fridge. Just goes out randomly and thankfully I purchased the extended warranty otherwise I would have to fork over more money to get it fixed each time. Not happy with ice maker which was one of the reasons I picked this fridge to be able to have the ice and water on the door.

Damaged door

Got the Geek Squad protection and they sent the technician to fix it three times but still can not solve the problem. Very disappointed!

Very disapointing

Westinghouse prevents Best Buy from servicing their appliances for the first year regardless of how urgent the problem.
