This fridge is very quiet, with plenty of room and seems to be built solidly. I love the pull out drawer to get lunch meats and cheeses, etc. Ice maker stays well loaded all the time.

I had to shop online because of the C19 virus led to no store access therefore I could not touch actually look at the refrigerator. I forgot to check a couple of things...did not notice there is no place for eggs or butter set aside. Considering I had to settle for color and was limited to what was in stock because I needed a refrigerator immediately I am overall satisfied. The manual is a joke. The electronic section did not have much information. The BestBuy appliance people were helpful in spite of the restrictions imposed on them. The refrigerator works very well and looks great.

overall not a bad fridge. ice make / dispenser is next to terrible tho, and not quite 2 years old, and the water dispenser has stopped working. 2nd Whirlpool product to have issues in the same timeframe. I won't buy Whirlpool again.

I love this refrigerator! There is so much space. The pull-out drawer allows you to see everything you have in the freezer.

This nice things first: the middle drawer is quite useful, and the freezer's pull out tray is also helpful. The ice/water in the door is great. Now, the not so good. 1) The temperature inside is all over the place. Items in the fridge area are SLIGHTLY freezing, even when I set the temp for 1 degree ABOVE the recommended range. This happens inconsistently, some items start to freeze and other items in other places do not. 2) The ice box takes up a lot of room. 3) Biggest issue: Whirlpool isn't providing adequate support. You can try to call their "support" line and a busy signal (that's right, in 2021 you get a BUSY SIGNAL like it's 1985) is what you'll hear. I called again and again, finally it rang... for like 30 times, then disconnected me. This used to be an American brand you could trust, but they clearly just don't care anymore about customer experience. This alone would keep me from buying ANY future Whirlpool items ever again.

We had this refrigerator for about 6 months and it’s been good so far.

It is very roomy be cause of the two drawers for the fridge and two for the freezer. Lots of features and works wonderfully. Our refrigerator looks bare now compared to our side by side that was always full.

Bought this considering the reviews and the excelent price. Love how it looks and all the space it has. Only complain so far is the small ice bin.

Great quality. I was told it made a humming noise, but it seems pretty quiet to me. I love it. Having an extra drawer to open for my most used items is quite a bonus.

DO NOT BUY!! The ice maker died within 6 months of owning it. Thank goodness it was still under warranty, so I didn’t pay anything to replace. But here I am less than 2 years later and it has died again! Will now have to pay a lot to replace it. Also, the metal frame is the crisper drawer fell off with a little pressure on it so I did my best to put it back on bc it would be $400 to replace it along with the repairman fee. My last Whirlpool side by side had no issues. This is garbage.

A nice big refregerator! Well organized inside to fit more stuff. Does what it is for. And does it well!

Overall this is a great appliance but it has a couple things that are annoying; The left door shelves are weird like I have no clue what to put in them but no biggie. Had some problems with the door chime. It will go off after 5 minutes of being ajar and it’s not too loud but it gets the job done. This fridge is SUPER HEAVY. Don’t ever plan on moving it my yourself or even rolling it. I have vinyl floor on top of a concrete slab and it digs in again no biggie. Overall great fridge but I’ve only had it for a month.

So far everything works great. Everything is laid out well so it holds a lot. Very happy

Overall we're happy with this fridge. The control panel is confusing... constantly pulling out the instruction manual. The biggest negative is the ice maker. It takes up a lot of space, but the real problem is that it often just makes grinding sounds and then spits out 6 or 8 ice cubes at once. Ice and ice bits go everywhere.
