The climate controlled drawers keep the fruit & vegetables nice and crispy and doesn't ever give cold spots or freezer burn. Very spacious!

This Whirlpool refrigerator has smooth stainless-steel French-doors with a glossy finish. The storage capacity is more than adequate and has a fridge drawer in between the bottom freezer and doors. It has a crisper bin that offers you more space for storing fruits and veggies. It also has compartments for storing butter, cheese, and other small items. I love the in-door water and ice dispenser and the glass shelves.

Easy install. Water filter needs to be changed came on even though I don't use the water dispenser. Not a big deal. Ice maker is a bit noisy. Ice maker makes configuring interior shelves for optimal space somewhat of a headache. Freezer capacity is adequate but no large turkeys .It does work very well at keeping things cool/cold/ frozen.

I would love to say I used this major appliance but sadly it remains installed but unused since 2020 in my new home. Due to pandemic related delays, I don't yet know how it functions. The reviews I read more favorable hence my decision to purchase this specific frig. Let's hope they are correct!

Absolutely love this refrigerator. This is the best we have ever owned bar none, It’s well organized, performs well with the factory settings and the refrigerated drawer is a must for easy access to things used often and especially for small children to get a smack. My daughter-in-law now says she wants one when replacing their existing unit.

I bought this refrigerator to replace the one in my kitchen when the ice maker stopped dispensing ice. I love the French doors. They make it so easy to open and see everything at once but if you know which side you want something from, you can don't have to open the whole door. The pullout drawer on the outside is SUPER convenient keep things in that you frequently use. I did have to remove one of the door shelves so my milk cartons fit. Overall, I am very pleased with this product!

Refrigerator looks great and works even better. Very quiet and cold. And I got a great deal on it!

I purchased this fridge 18 months ago. Called customer service and there's no warranty after a year. The freezer doesn't make enough ice and the water dispenser cannot be calibrated so it doesn't dispense the correct amount of water. They want to charge me $450 for a one time fix! After paying $2500 for this fridge they should be fixing it for free. Apparently this is a known issue as everyone is complaining about the same thing. Whirpool needs to stand behind their products. I've had another fridge brand for 14 years in my home and no issues, only went with this one for the great features, but now those "features" don't work!

We had been buying GE, but their reliability was slacking. I researched the Whirlpool and found it to be more reliable, especially with my experience as an engineer. The price was a concern, but not near as much as the quality. At this time, this was the best choice for this household, and I imagine the fridge will last a while. Best Buy gave us a fair price, and the installers that delivered the fridge were outstanding!

I really, REALLY want to love this fridge. It looks so nice! The features like the water measuring is so cool and I love the drawer for my kids. However... the ice maker makes very little ice. We are a family of 4, two adults, two small children and if we have one guest over there will not be enough ice for everyone to have a glass of water. The ice maker has already quit working twice and we have a technician coming out to look at it and we have only had it one month. The door shelves on the left door are so skinny that barely anything fits! They are completely pointless. I do like how large dishes fit in the fridge. I do not like how the doors do not close all the way unless you push them- this is a problem with kids. It always has to be double checked that it’s closed. I do not think it’s worth the cost.

This refrigerator is so much nicer and works so much better than the LG we replaced. I would change the design of the shelving and drawers of the main refrigerator area, but the freezer area is great. All in all we are very happy with our purchase.

Explained how and when on delivery and removal would work. Very impressed with delivery personnel and how they lifted refrigerators with straps and just walked them in and out, no mess at all.
