Refrigerator looks great and works even better. Very quiet and cold. And I got a great deal on it!

We had been buying GE, but their reliability was slacking. I researched the Whirlpool and found it to be more reliable, especially with my experience as an engineer. The price was a concern, but not near as much as the quality. At this time, this was the best choice for this household, and I imagine the fridge will last a while. Best Buy gave us a fair price, and the installers that delivered the fridge were outstanding!

This is a good fridge with a lot of space but the ice maker/dispenser often gets clogged.

I bought this refrigerator to replace the one in my kitchen when the ice maker stopped dispensing ice. I love the French doors. They make it so easy to open and see everything at once but if you know which side you want something from, you can don't have to open the whole door. The pullout drawer on the outside is SUPER convenient keep things in that you frequently use. I did have to remove one of the door shelves so my milk cartons fit. Overall, I am very pleased with this product!

This refrigerator is so much nicer and works so much better than the LG we replaced. I would change the design of the shelving and drawers of the main refrigerator area, but the freezer area is great. All in all we are very happy with our purchase.

We buy many appliances from Best Buy for our business. These particular refrigerator and Microwave was exceptional and priced amazingly!!!!

This Whirlpool refrigerator has smooth stainless-steel French-doors with a glossy finish. The storage capacity is more than adequate and has a fridge drawer in between the bottom freezer and doors. It has a crisper bin that offers you more space for storing fruits and veggies. It also has compartments for storing butter, cheese, and other small items. I love the in-door water and ice dispenser and the glass shelves.

Absolutely love this refrigerator. This is the best we have ever owned bar none, It’s well organized, performs well with the factory settings and the refrigerated drawer is a must for easy access to things used often and especially for small children to get a smack. My daughter-in-law now says she wants one when replacing their existing unit.

We just replaced an older Samsung french door fridge we bought around 2014ish, because it was running loud, the ice maker would never work right, and we had an instance of it not cooling. A friend's fridge repairman said "Ehh, go with Whirlpool". So we did. I loved the look of this one, and the middle drawer was nice. The delivery guys showed up at 6pm on the dot, of a Noon to 6pm window (good thing my husband had off that day). They safely brought it in and removed our old Samsung. We plugged the Whirlpool in, got the water hooked up, flushed the filter as directed. Within a couple hours, the overhead LED light on the water/ice dispenser had already stopped working. And this things runnnnnsssss.... ALL. THE. TIME. Always. And it's loud. And the doors are crooked. When the sun was shining in the back door, I noticed something reflecting on the middle drawer from the bottom of the top two french doors... yellow foam insulation poking out of holes in the door. Why wouldn't they at least shave that down and put a simple little plastic plug over the hole?? Bleh... I'm not very impressed :( This fridge had lots of excellent reviews. Did we get a dud? Mew... my husband is figuring out who can address our concerns as I write this (do we go straight to Best Buy? Or call Whirlpool for support?). Why can't everyone just make quality products anymore? :(

We purchased this whirlpool black stainless steel refrigerator after having numerous problems with our Samsung model. Based on the reviews we were comfortable making the purchase and so far everything is working out perfectly. Refrigerator has excellent lighting in the center drawer comes in handy for daily used items. the only reason I'm not giving it five stars is only because the icemaker tends to be very loud when dropping ice. But you do get used to it.

The delivery men did a five star job. As far as the Whirlpool - 24.5 Cu. Ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator, it's working as advertised.

This replaced our last refrigerator that leaked. Am able to fit more items with middle drawer for fresh vegetables. Really like.

I came from an 12 year old GE. I like having the middle drawer. Overall is a good refrigerator.

I love this refrigerator. I purchased the original Whirlpool version of this fridge 13 years ago and loved it so much I got a new one when we remodeled. The drawers are smoother on this new version. The handles are sleek. Veggies and fruit last so much longer in the drawer.

A wonderful product with amazing features at a reasonable price.

so far all is good, just double checking that all the drawers open smoothly, this was an "out of box" item.

Love this fridge! There's more storage than expected. Drawers and shelves are great quality as well.
