Have only had it for a couple of months. But so far its a great refrigerator.

I love love this refrigerator! We've had ours for close to a month. First it's pretty. Fingerprints wipe right off with a damp rag. It has all the bells and whistles we want or need. It's a nice size too. Plenty of room for you're goodies.

I had a samdung fridge with ice problems this fridge so much better. No ice on door dispenser but the scoop is good. Only con is you get lots of finger prints but a great fridge all around highly customizable.

A quality refrigerator with great icemaking abilities. We love our new unit. It keeps items comfortably cold. Wish it had just a bit more space however especially in the freezer section. That's why we gave it a four star rather than five star rating.

Our old refrigator was ok. but small freezer section and refrigator section did not have room for larger bowls or catiners. Our new whirlpool refrigator has room to spare botn freezer and refrigator sections. Love the french doors, pullout deli and proudce drawers. Great double pullout freezer . Easy to use contols. Thank you Best Buy great service

Water filter easy to change. Plenty of space for all food.

Had this fridge delivered this morning. The fridge is beautiful and it is already cold and full of food in fridge and freezer, but it is VERY NOISY. It's like a vibrating metallic buzzing. I know you should hear a somewhat "white noise" sound - a pleasant whirring (and we hear that, too) - but this buzzing is more than that - this is so annoying I do not want to be in the kitchen. We have pulled the fridge out a little and pushed it back but nothing has helped. If this noise does not go away within 24-36 hours, I will start a service request because I WILL NOT live with an appliance that makes my kitchen unenjoyable - not at this price.

The fridge is amazing it’s as big as intended love the space the technology is great my 3 yr old can’t get water or ice without my help due to being able to lock it. Con when I gave measurements to my sales rep she said it would only stick out like 4 inches wrong it sticks out by 7 inches but I can live with that overall amazing machine

Nice fridge but ice maker went at 11 months . Manufacturers one year warranty covered it thank goodness

my family enjoys the room and freeze has much space as well

Really nice refrigerator. However, I paid for ice/water installation and the 3rd party contractor refused because my tubing was plastic. I paid for a licensed plumber to install the line and I have a feeling that guy knows more than a half rate 3rd party. I wish bestbuy disclosed this because it cost me money for no service rendered and having to get a plumber to come back and connect it. Also the whirlpool logo was slightly bent and they have no availability for service 30 days out…. so deduct 1 star.

This Whirlpool refrigerator has a middle pull out drawer that does not require opening the french doors. Absolutely love the stainless steel that does not smudge with finger prints. So easy to clean the exterior with a micro fiber cloth. The water dispenser paddle and separate ice dispenser paddle are so convenient. Totally satisfied with this purchase and recommend to all.

I love it, as much as I can love a fridge with the freezer on the bottom. The water in the door was a must and I didn't want a side by side, so I was stuck with this. I like it so far... need to get more use out of it before I can say more. Delivery was easy.

Love it!! It’s perfect me my family and I. We really love the snack drawer. Self counting water filler is a game changer. Love the ice maker

Only a little bit bigger than our old one but so much more room inside.

Middle drawer handle came damaged . Had not been replaced to date . Had to call whirlpool myself to send another handle as unit is unfair factory warranty. Unit working fine otherwise .
