Very disappointed in the operation. Ice bin sometimes is empty, dispenser jams and having a kitchenaid which is the same manufacturer and for 23 years with an occasional ice maker issue, the problem was resolved, but this is just not reliable period.

After having it for several weeks we are delighted we did so. In fact, we purchased a second unit for our home in Florida.
