Overall I am very happy with the Whirlpool French Door Refrigerator after two years of ownership. There is definitely plenty of space and we love the middle drawer for storing vegetables. While the ice-maker is adequate and creates ice in a timely fashion the dispenser forces ice out too quickly and often times ice cubes will end up on the floor. I also was hoping for it to have a larger capacity and thus have more storage for ice cubes but I would say that at best it is average. I have seen some complaints about it being noisy and I haven't found that to be true other than when water is being sent for ice cubes to be created. Overall I would recommend this refrigerator.

We liked the 4 dr features on this model and the price was good. Fingerprint resistant and it does work. The ice maker works but the dispenser sometimes produces crushed even when the cube is selected. The machine worked well for 6 mos then the produce drawer and main cooler began to freeze everything, warranty service replaced blend door motor. That worked for 2 more mos, now doing same thing. Warranty repairman ordered parts and were waiting for the repair to be made again

Overall a good purchase, only small cons but I can live with them. The filter is really hard to take out. The fridge sometimes make somewhat of a high pitched noise but it’s not so loud that it bugs me but it still makes noise occasionally. The ice falls all over the place if the cup is not to the top of the ice machine Water is kind of slow to come out The door side of the ice machine still has compartments to put things but it is so tiny- so small you can only really fit Capri sun juices or something that size The good Looks very nice Other than the ice machine side is very spacious It is kind of fingerprint resistant Good price

Pros: Love the design, very functional. The drawer is a great feature. Cons: it is much louder than our old fridge. The water dispenser isnt tall enough for most of our water bottles. All in all a great fridge, just the excessive noise and short water dispenser keeps it from getting 5 stars

This is a great refrigerator! The middle drawer is great for kids snacks and fruit. It’s easy for them to open and get items without opening the main doors, The drawer seems more sturdy than other brands. It has lots of room in the freezer for storage. Looks great! The delivery people were knowledgable and efficient. Overall a great experience and very happy with the purchase

I am very happy with the purchase of the SS, fingerprint resistant,24 cubic in Whirlpool refrigerator. I read the reviews before purchasing and bought it even with the pros and cons online. And for me the refrigerator has been a great purchase. For me (some reviews disagree) the refrigerator is quite, easy to use, lots of room, love the large middle drawer, the water and ice work well and I can get a full size glass in the dispenser area completely upright with a quick push for water, and just looks so modern on the outside. Very little fingerprints. I did get the 5 year warranty because there is more electronics on this refrigerator.

First .. Best Buy delivery was superb. The two gentleman that delivered were kind and patient and helpful. The one young man’s name was Ayo (a yu) ., not sure how to spell it. My fiancé forgot to disconnect the waterline but thought he turned it off. I live in 150 year old home .. things don’t work like they should. I cut the water line while they got my new fridge off the truck . And they came down to water spraying everywhere. They help me find the shut off (not as easy as it sb in 150 year old house). Highly commend these two men for their hard work, personable characters and kindness! Secondly .. love my new fridge .. didn’t more than I wanted but feel like I got a fair deal since we opted for a higher end than we originally were looking for .. It’s been a month or so .. no regrets!!! Love the 18 mo free financing on my Best Buy card .. !!!

I’ve had this fridge for over a year...maybe almost two! It’s terrific. I love that I can put my veggies in a separate drawer and therefore do not have to open any other part of the fridge. I love the fresh filtered water. It’s efficient and gorgeous. My other fridge is in the garage and uses twice as much electricity...it’s old. I keep it around for extra freezer space...but should just get an extra freezer for that because I stock up. It’s that old! I love the freezer. It holds twice the volume because of the extra tray on top...we keep forgetting it’s there. It’s great for a family. I’m overjoyed. And...of course it’s soooo easy to keep looking gorgeous because of the fingerprintless thing. The only objection I have is that I had to razorblade away the excess plastic that covered it when it came. That was a painful part...and I scratched it a tiny bit. However, would I buy it again? Absolutely!

Loving this fridge so far. I was afraid it wouldn’t have enough space or it would be hard to find things in the fridge. These are the usual issues we find with the fridges we’ve had. I haven’t had any issues at all with space. The middle drawer is a game changer. We use it for lunch meat and cheese, yogurts and puddings, juice boxes, and some other items. Turns out when you take those items out of the main area of the fridge, it’s just a better arrangement. We bought this unexpectedly when our 3 year old LG fridge died on us (lesson learned LG) and are more confident with the Frigidaire anyway. I was upset to have to buy another fridge but ultimately very happy with the decision we made since we got an upgrade that we didn’t know we needed. To top it all off the purchase experience with Best Buy was top notch. In a time where most businesses are struggling to have adequate staff, I was met with a friendly and knowledgeable employee. The process was quick. Delivery was seamless, yet again with professional delivery people and on time delivery.

Pros: - I'm a big fan of the water spout, which lets you auto fill water glasses. It does require calibration, which will be thrown off if your water pressure fluctuates. - The vegetable drawers use ball bearings, not greased up plastic-on-plastic. - We like the middle fridge door for snacks and cheeses. Cons: - Seal on the ice dispenser could be better. Mine leaks cool air. - One of the doors can sometimes stay cracked open a bit, but not enough to trip the door alarm. - I haven't listened to a large sample of refrigerators, but this one might be slightly louder than the average. Still quiet, but not silent. - Frozen pizzas fit in the freezer, but I've found we have to lay them flat on top of one of the buckets, blocking the stuff underneath.

Overall am happy with this refrigerator. Had to wait over month and a half for delivery from Best Buy, but wasn't in dire need so that didn't cause any problems. Nice refrigerator. Keeps food nice and cold. However, the actual temperature inside the refrigerator part is about 5-7 degrees colder than what it is set for. Set for 38 but actual is 32 degrees. Same with the freezer part. But I guess I'd rather it be colder than warmer than what its set for. Some people have complained about how loud it is. It is louder than our old refrigerator but it's nothing terrible. We notice it while eating in the dining room but other than that, really don't pay much attention to it. One nice thing is that it tells you how much water you've dispensed in ounces. Kinda nice to know. However, it's way off. I know I can't put 53 ounces of water in a 40 ounce water bottle. So that's no where near correct. It's turned into a running joke about how much our glasses/bottles can hold (according to the refrigerator). Only other issue was after delivery, it took a long time (almost a day) for the ice maker to start making ice. Would I buy it again, sure. I guess that's the best recommendation I could give.

Matched our other appliances, Double Fridge doors, and ice machine works fast and great. The ice machine is loud when ice is being made once in a while but that's no big deal like some have stated. Doesn't bother us at all. You have a water measure option where the fridge will actually tell you how many liters you are pouring! pretty cool. There is a middle drawer on the firidge, seperate from the top fridge which is perfect for small things, (herbs, proteins, deli meat, cheese, etc. My favorite part of the fridge honestly! It was a big contributing factor in buying this model Freezer has much more space than it looks with the sliding drawers on top of the freezer, then of course, you have your bottom compartment of the freezer which holds plenty. Great product overall, and you have two very satisfied customers. Also, Sales Manager Ben Devoll from the River Park Location was phenomenal. Cannot say enough great things about how professional Ben was during the entire process. They are lucky to have him, that is for sure.

This replaced a 15+ year refrigerator. The purchase and delivery set-up from Best Buy was awesome! The price at Best Buy was a significant savings over a local appliance store. The fridge and freezer are very spacious. Love the middle pull out drawer. The only things I would change would be the size of the crisper drawers (they're half size so a full head of lettuce won't fit in the drawer) and the ice dispenser is REALLY loud. All in all - happy with the purchase and Best Buy!

Went from a side by side to this refrigerator and am amazed at all the space! The refrigerator works great! The freezer I was worried would not be big enough, but there is plenty of space. The only thing I can't get to work is the ice maker. It just stops making ice for days, we unplug the refrigerator for a few minutes, then a few hours later it will start dropping ice again. I haven't been able to call Whirlpool yet to see what needs to be done.

The ice maker stopped working 2 weeks into owning it and the electronic window panel on door is not user friendly. Otherwise I love the fridge. It is roomy and looks great in my kitchen

We got it first of all because of the fingerprints that we were wiping off all day.we did have a problem with the ice machine but it’s now working alright.lots of space and the filters are within reach

There’s a lot of refrigerators out there offering fancy things on it. I work in IT and gotta say what do I need the internet or face time on my fridge for. Let alone knock on the door. Or let me see what’s inside from the supermarket. I think those refrigerators although good. Is a bit too much. Too much of anything is never good. I recently replaced my 18 year old Whirlpool fridge with this one. Quite simply put. This is one of the best refrigerators on the market. There’s plenty of room and storage. The first day I received it. I transferred all the food from my old fridge and actually went food shopping because it looked empty because of all the space. The middle drawer is excellent to store vegetables and fruits and other quick items that fill up and get used quickly. Lots of storage in the freezer. Simple, practical, well priced. And it’s a Whirlpool. Nough Said!!!

My husband and I just purchased a new townhome. All of the kitchen appliances provided by the builder were Whirlpool. We were hesitant at first to purchase anything other than a Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator considering the 5+ years we owned one. After reviewing buyer comments online (in addition to inspecting the Whirlpool refrigerator in-person), we took the plunge and purchased this Whirlpool refrigerator. Although we have only a few weeks of experience to report on, our Whirlpool refrigerator has worked flawlessly. All storage space within the fridge cool as expected. Same goes for the freezer. By the way, our prior fridge did not feature a pullout center drawer. I must say it is quite handy! Obviously our purchase experience involved stepping out of the known to the unknown. Our preliminary investigation provided us with comfort knowing the Whirlpool product would not disappoint. And it hasn’t. If you are in the market for a new refrigerator, you owe it to yourself to check out this Whirlpool product. You won’t be dissatisfied.
