    If I could have given this a no star review I would have. This refrigerator started to malfunction within three weeks of purchase. First, the ice machine started having issues, then the refrigerator started making a really loud, constant humming sound. It finally had a complete power failure on the 23rd day of owning it. Whirlpool customer service was a nightmare and they wanted me to go a week without a refrigerator. Thankfully Best Buy took it back. I would never buy a Whirlpool again.

    Best Buy is a nightmare. Had this refrigerator damaged by the delivery/ install guys. Tried to reorder but it was out of stock. Best Buy tried to get me to order parts but that would take months to receive. Offered me crap to keep the damaged refrigerator. The delivery managers for Albuquerque, NM are worthless and unable to help. Finally the refrigerator I ordered came back in stock after almost 2 months. Had the second fridge installed and it was damaged again by the delivery guys. Now im waiting for this one to get repaired or replaced. The delivery/ install guys were useless and have no knowledge on how to do their job. When you call the Best Buy number you get nothing but out of the country people who can barely speak english and will be of no help to resolve your issue. Overall Best Buy has nothing but crap employees. For this bad experience I will never buy anything from them again.
