no complaints. we absolutely love this fridge. for those negative reviews about the ice machine being loud, yeah it is but come on, our bedroom is not in the kitchen. highly recommend this product. just wish the drip tray had a grill tray.

I bought the whirlpool 24.5 Cubic ft. French Door Refrigerator and I love not only the look of it but also love the pull out drawer and the two-tier freezer drawer and did I mention it is fingerprint resistant stainless steel.

Only problem is how noisy is the ice maker. But happy with the appliance overall. Delivery was superb. The crew was knowledgeable, fast, and very professional. Hope BB appreciates these 2 men.

Looks great so far but comes with imperfection from factory. The doors outer upper trim not lined up and tilted at both ends. It will definitely start opening up.

Bought this in Nov 24 and installed Dec 23, 2024. Installer noticed damage on right side of freezer door. Water pump to ice cube maker had loud water noise, one door would slightly open when the other was closed, upper rack in lower freezer drawer hard to open, freezer seal had a gap. There was even a small 1 1/2” gear roller laying in freezer drawer, installer never had seen that before. Had nothing to compare to but until after we received our replacement we noticed many differences. Doors closed better, water from pump much quieter, lower drawer opened easier. We we got a paper manual that was missing from initial refrigerator, we found out we were missing a regerator shelf we did not know we were missing. The first refrigerator appears to have been a used item and repackaged as new. The new refrigerator so far is way better.

I wish I would have never bought this refrigerator. When my husband and I went to go look for one, we were desperate because our fridge had just broken down and we needed groceries. This refrigerator should have never gone on the market. When you open the doors, there is literally barely any room for a stick of butter. It literally barely fits. So you have no storage on the doors except for the one on the right where it doesn’t have the icemaker, there’s more storage there, but there so flimsy you will accidentally spill out your mustard or ketchup bottle because they’re not made sturdy. It is the worst refrigerator I have ever owned. If you can go with another one, I would. I wish I could have returned it. And I’m so upset that they actually put this refrigerator out and I wish that they would take care of the customers and thought about them. This is not a cheap refrigerator and unfortunately we’re stuck now because it’s past the return date. I wish I could post a photo too, but just head out to Best Buy and compare it. Take your own stick of butter and see if you can actually use the side doors.

Seems to be a good refrigerator although not as quiet as previous LG but hopefuully more reliable and durable. Previous Whirlpool worked 26 years before icemaker went out. This icemaker produces considerable amount of ice. Good looking unit and price was much better than exact same fridge at local competitors. Delivery was excellent and very efficiently handled.

We've only had this frig for 2 months now so I can't give a long term review but so far I can say that the refrigerator seems to work ok, it's alittle loud as it runs and the ice maker dispenser does freeze up periodically and my husband has to open up the refrigerator to let the ice maker dispenser door thaw enough to open. He then opens the ice dispenser and shuts it back and it works great again. The refrigerator itself is small inside and not alot of room, in fact there isn't alot of room for tall food items at all. Most have to go on the door. I think the design is flawed, this refrigerator is definitely made for mostly short grocery items. I'm forever trying to find room in it for everything. Otherwise it seems to be an ok frig but time will tell. There are no decent refrigerators anymore.

This Whirlpool fridge is really wonderful. There are many features that help make it easy to operate via smartphone. The appearance is very elegant. There's lots of space and many storage areas for different types of foods. It maintains the temperature as programmed. This is a refrigerator i highly recommend!

Our whirlpool needed replaced after 9 years so we bought a newer model. We are happy with the purchase. Freezer space is enough with upper basket it can fit large bags and other medium sized boxes. We the like center drawer for storing beverages, cheeses, etc. The main storage area is adequate. The ice maker is inside instead of on the door which we do not love. This takes away from some of the space but otherwise it serves our needs. Lastly, I enjoy the measured water dispensing.

This product has been marvelous! We have no complaints, it produces plenty of ice as well. The two doors are wonderful for the smaller kitchen space as well. So someone can still get by without it being in the way.

It's my favorite refrigerator of all the others I've had. I always buy Whirlpool and they are all good. This one has two doors and 2 drawers. I keep the food we eat most often in the refrigerator drawer. Using that and the water and ice dispenser reduces the amount of time I have to open the main part of the refrigerator or the freezer.

This is My 2nd unit the first one I sold it when I moved out. I went to buy My 2nd one and its been really good We love it lots of space and it makes lots of ice compared to the new ones.

Love the size and all the space for our family of 4. The basket in the freezer section provides extra room to keep everything organized. So happy with our purchase.

We love our new refrigerator. Our first refrigerator delivered was making a really loud noise everytime the water ran through the water line. Customer Support was amazing. They schedule a pick with new delivery. The new one is working great.

Good: Seems to keep things cool / cold. Less good: There's the middle drawer for fruits/vegetables and possibly meat products, but then there are two drawers taking up space in the main cabin for these same items, leaving very little space for putting anything tall, like gallon milk jugs or containers of orange juice, iced tea, etc. When you press for ice cubes, you often get an avalanche of eight or more large cubes tumbling out.

Very nice fridge. Makes great crushed ice. Middle door is always a bonus.

We love the multi-layers storage bins. The French door is a convenient!
