This refrigerator is much better than the Samsung we had before. The ice maker works perfectly—it doesn’t get stuck, produces ice quickly, and the water comes out cold enough that you barely even need ice.

Good: Seems to keep things cool / cold. Less good: There's the middle drawer for fruits/vegetables and possibly meat products, but then there are two drawers taking up space in the main cabin for these same items, leaving very little space for putting anything tall, like gallon milk jugs or containers of orange juice, iced tea, etc. When you press for ice cubes, you often get an avalanche of eight or more large cubes tumbling out.

this is my 2nd whirlpool 24.5 french door frig. 2 houses. it has so much room in it and everything has a place. the middle drawer is wonderful for small items or even for drinks. the freezer capacity is awesome. The only thing I dislike is the control panel. I think it could be easier to navigate.

Very nice fridge. Makes great crushed ice. Middle door is always a bonus.

Our whirlpool needed replaced after 9 years so we bought a newer model. We are happy with the purchase. Freezer space is enough with upper basket it can fit large bags and other medium sized boxes. We the like center drawer for storing beverages, cheeses, etc. The main storage area is adequate. The ice maker is inside instead of on the door which we do not love. This takes away from some of the space but otherwise it serves our needs. Lastly, I enjoy the measured water dispensing.

Replaced a Samsung 4 door with screen and I miss it, but will never buy another Korean product, as they do not honor their warranty and simply want to charge the price of a new unit, even though it was under warranty. But I do miss the 2 hinged freezer doors with drawers. So far this Whirlpool make plenty of ice and measures the water. A little smaller and the Ice Maker takes up a lot of room in the refrigerator, so have to use the top drawer as a refrigerator. Bottom drawer is freezer and has a pull out shelf.

Have had for only a few weeks, but it has all the features we need and works great! Would definitely recommend!

The unit lay-out, overall is efficient. Now, if the upper doors would have been a couple of inches longer, even if the center drawer would've been slimmer, would have been ideal for us to store water gallons in the upward position. For the rest, we are happy with our unit.

It's my favorite refrigerator of all the others I've had. I always buy Whirlpool and they are all good. This one has two doors and 2 drawers. I keep the food we eat most often in the refrigerator drawer. Using that and the water and ice dispenser reduces the amount of time I have to open the main part of the refrigerator or the freezer.

Lots of fridge room, and the drawer is helpful too. The freezer is a bit tight on space, but arranged as well as can be for the top/bottom style. The water in the door has some nice options including fill by number of ounces. Delivery service was well done.

We love the new layout of the drawers and shelves. Would recommend fit perfectly.

I replaced a side-by-side with this model and it is so much more convenient to use for accessing the refrigerator. I also use the ice maker and water dispenser a lot and I appreciate the options that it gives me for dispensing water.
