Open box, showroom model, in good condition. Delivery was fair. It has been running for a few weeks now, the ice maker and water dispenser were slow to wake up. I like it!!

Great refrigerator. Very spacious and love the freezer drawer. The ugly thing is the ice maker drawer gets stuck and hard to open.

Fridge is quite and versatile. I am still getting use to the French doors after having a couple side by side fridges for over 30 years. My only quibble is the thru the door ice dispenser. The ice often comes spewing out in big quantities, and even though I only use the cube setting as opposed to the crushed ice setting, I often get a fair amount of crushed ice which flies all over. My previous Whirlpool door ice dispenser did not do this. Other than that I have no problem with this model.

I've only had the refrigerator for a few weeks, but it is large, functional, and looks nice. The ice maker and water dispenser work well. I did get the warranty on this item only because so many refrigerators today have problems with the ice makers down the road.

Works great. Only issue that I have is the huge ice maker in the way. Other than that it works great so far. I chose whirlpool because I was referred their product from an uncle of mine that is to be a service technician for Sears. He said whirlpools seem to be the ones that last longer than other French door brands.

We outfitted our freshly remodeled kitchen with Whirlpool appliances. This fridge is my least favorite of the new appliances. The size is good and it keeps things the right temperature. But the ice dispenser is just plain crazy and unpredictable. Sometimes the cubed ice comes out crushed. Sometimes the cubes go flying every which way and completely miss my cup. Sometimes a giant pile of cubes comes out and overfills my cup. Sometimes they come out perfectly. The unpredictable ice maker makes me wish we chose a different model or brand.

Let me start off by saying we had to purchase this fridge because our old fridge (S@mSung) was left behind when we purchased our home. Never again will i purchase the previous brand. Too many issues like many have noted. We needed to to find a fridge with minimal issues if any at all. We looked up what brands those would be. Low and behold we came across Whirlpool. Not only did this fridge fall in budget, but function and style. Not to mention that the black stainless steel is cool looking. It really matches the look of our kitchen. As far as function, we have not had any problems. The only dislike i would have is the freezer portion of the fridge. I would prefer the slide out be a shelf vs more of a basket look. No real bid deal. Other than that I cant say anything else about this fridge that i dislike.

I have had this refrigerator for roughly one month. Overall, it is good. There seems to be lots of room in the fridge and freezer components. I am not a fan of the French doors (not practical); my wife loves them. So far, the only things that bring my rating to a 4 instead of 5 are the noisy ice maker, not bad during the day but very loud at night, and a few of the door shelves are too narrow to hold most logical door items.

The usable space inside is much smaller than I am used to. Even with refrigerators of comparable cubic feet. I also don't like that the left door won't close on its own with out the right door open. Also the freezer space is not good for large items like boxes of large pizza. The water is PERFECT temp to drink and the filter does an amazing job. I have been using Brita filters for many years. This filter is MUCH better. All in all, considering the great price and that it is assembled in USA, I would recommend this as a good buy!

Great frig with easy to use controls. Only down is the ice maker taking up frig space and not enough ice being made. Although great price.

Water is slower than our old Maytag that was almost the identical frig though it does fit bigger cups into the cubby. Don't like how it shuts off the fans when you open the door, but time will tell if thats a bad thing.

We had a Samsung fridge and it was junk from Day 1, it finally needed replaced (under 3 years old) and research showed Whirlpool was good. This fridge has been a million times better than the old Samsung. Like the other reviews, it is a little noisier than other fridges, but it's really minimal AND IT WORKS PERFECT!!!! No dripping water our of the door ice/water dispensers, roomy, good design even for a smaller fridge and a clean sleek front that has stayed clean since we got it. Good purchase- happy! Yes to Whirlpool! No to Samsung!!!

Great buy, big inside and has some bells and whistles that make it fun! Love how the water feature delivers very cold water. Fingerprint resistant is definitely the way to go.

Nice refrigerator and spacious for its size. However the motor is designed to never stop running and therefore is rather noisy. Also anything close to the ice maker, is prone to freeze. The drawers r rather cheap compared to other fridge in the same price range

Nice refrigerator. The ice dispenser works great. The ice comes out of thr dispenser pretty fast. The only problem is after you get some ice if more is needed to be made. The refrigerator makes a lot of noise. Once you know what the noise comes from you might get use to it.

My experience with Best Buy was excellent I had recently purchased a refrigerator from Home Depot the refrigerator was leaking water day one from being dropped off entirely after going around and around with them it took almost 2 months by the time they were able to pick up the refrigerator 2 1/2 months before I was refunded not to mention it took a month before I got the refrigerator when I purchase my refrigerator from Best Buy I had it in three days and save $300 for the exact same refrigerator the refrigerator delivery men were very professional have never had an issue with Best Buy highly recommend

Delivered 1-15-2022 and already going to pieces. The rubber or silicone strip on French doors at the top is already degrading and what I mean is it's tearing; found a piece on the kitchen floor just the other day. The ice maker cup dispenser gets clogged and we usually pick up 10+ pieces off the floor when it happens. My own fault for buying an ice maker that takes up a lot of the refrigerator space on the left door.

So far we absolutely love this fridge. We decided to upgrade from another popular brand even though the old one still worked. It was just having major issues with the ice machine that is common for the brand. This whirlpool is amazing. The ice is perfect and the water tastes great. It’s holding temperature perfect as well. The black stainless steel is staying clean and fingerprint clean. And the interior is designed great and holds everything in a nice and orderly manner. Absolutely perfect.

See above. Refrigerator is very noisy when making ice, filling water and just overall. Also, door ice machine spits ice all over at times.
