The racks could be designed a little better My mugs do not fit easily on the top rack. The dishes, glasses and pots all did come clean. I would give it a 4.5 if that selection was available

It also does a mediocre job cleaning to begin with so the problems just drive it deeper into the ground in terms of quality.

Dishwasher I wish I had
