This was a replacement for another more 'deluxe' Whirlpool Model whose water pump went out before the warranty expired. Because the pump was backordered with a many months before expected, I was told I could select another 'floor model' as a replacement after waiting for a full month for the part. When this unit arrived, it was installed without the protective barrier insulation. When I called the Joliet store, the 'manager' lied to me saying this model doesn't come with one. I had already spoke to customer service at Whirlpool who indicated indeed ALL of their dishwashers have this required part. I ordered it from Whirlpool and was charged an additional $50 plus shipping for the part. I phoned the Joliet Best Buy and was never given an in-store credit nor an apology.

Just exactly what my wife wanted and I'm also very happy with it. It is a good thing it has a light on the front to tell you when it is running, otherwise you wouldn't know, it is that quiet. One warning, if you are installing this yourself it does not come with a power cord. Buy the installation kit and follow the directions.

Very quiet and stylish dishwasher. However, it’s not the best if you run a lot of loads. With in a year, we had to replace brackets as they were worn. Replacement part was less than $20, also was easy to replace.

I love the look of the black stainless steel. The flatware tray on top is awesome for sharp knives and flat lids. It is so quiet!!!!!! Unless you see the blue light that shows it is running turning white when finished you would swear it wasn't working. This is for everyone who hates all kinds of noises in the house!!!!!

We purchased this dishwasher to upgrade our previous Whirlpool dishwasher, and couldn't be happier! It is a good unit for anyone that is looking for an upgrade. We love the third shelf!!!! Great for the small stuff that might have been flipped over, or blown all over our previous dishwasher.

THIS DISHWASHER CLEANS WELL AND IS QUIET I LOVE IT

The best I have ever owned. Only, and I mean the only thing that would make this even better is the adjustable top shelf having more than two heights. One is too low, the other is too high. Need one in the middle....quiet, does a great job. Don't even know when it is running!

This dishwasher is so quiet I have opened it a number of times when it is running. To bad I didn’t check the indicator light...

Great washer, love the black stainless steel finish. Dishes are cleaned and we never prewash. Quiet too. The third rack does get in the way of tall glasses and water bottles. When we lower the second rack, the dinner plates don't fit on the lower rack... so we just remove the third rack when washing tall items.

So far this product is performing well. This is a replacement for a product that was installed damaged. It is working well and the installers were much more professional and helpful than the first crew.

This is a real nice working and looking dishwasher, the only things keeping me from giving it 5 Stars is the fact that you must leave the door open after washing to completely dry the tub.

The dishwasher is quiet and fit the space perfectly. This would have been five stars if not for the dent on the bottom of the panel and how difficult it is to move the sliding top rack.
