||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.You can adjust the rack height and it also has a small top shelf that pulls out which is really nice for spatulas, etc. The two things that I don't like - the dryer function isn't great. No matter what we've done (longer dry cycle, adding the dryer liquid stuff) the dishes are never fully dry. Annoying, but not a deal breaker. Also, the main rack for cups, one of the end cap pieces came off the track, so every once in a while the wheels come off the track and you have to catch the rack before losing dishes on the floor. It matched the set of our other appliances so that's why we bought it. However, I would not buy this again if it broke.

We just got our dishwasher delivered. No damage. The guys that delivered were friendly, took great care of our appliances, and gave us a business card at the end and informed us to call if we have any problems or notice anything wrong with any of the appliances. The customer service from ordering (in store - South Bend, IN location) to the delivery has been amazing!

It was 12 years old and still worked great but I decided it was time to upgrade. This one has a third rack which is very handy. Electronic controls ( I am still getting used to- lol) have way more settings than mu old dishwasher. And it is very quiet! I also love the black stainless steel finish. I have upgraded all my appliances to black stainless. It looks very rich and is a breeze to take care of - not like regular stainless that shows fingerprints, etc.
