This product looks great, functions well, is quieter than our old dishwasher and it has more features.

my only problem is bottom rack plate hooks keep falling down. It cleans real good

This is a nice dishwasher but lacks A few things. I’ve never had the 3rd rack before but all it does is hold water and not get anything clean on it. I always rinse my dishes pretty well prior to loading so it’s disappointing. The dry function on it is not good at all. However, it is quiet.

Definitely and upgrade from our old dishwasher and we love the 3rd rack on it.

I really like the 3rd upper rack. I thought it might be too small for most things until I watched a youtube video on loading this machine. I put most of my silverware on that upper rack using the tines to separate the items. That save room for other items in the in-door rack. I have been testing this machine leaving dried food on items to see how well it cleans and have been pleasantly surprised that the items are always clean.

Easy to use and I love the looks of it. Timer is very handy in the front so your not reaching over the food!!!

Really easy to set.love the top controls since my granddaughter figured out buttons.

The silverware rack on the door and the extra top shelf are great features for maximizing space. However the rinse cycle seems to leave the dishes spotty more often than not despite the use of a spot remover finishing agent. Dishes also often come out damp despite the heated dry.

Completely happy with this dishwasher. It is extremely quiet and cleans the dishes well!

Yes. Finally a dishwasher that works. Cleaning is amazing.

Went for this Whirlpool because of the added benefits. 3rd top utility rack and silverware holder on the door. Thinking we'd get more space. The silverware holder has mixed holes and the smaller holes don't fit all silverware with larger handles. Every so often get a not clean dish but overall good quality.

I cannot believe how quiet it works. Sometimes I think I forgot to turn it on. It’s that quiet!

Love how quiet it is. I like the bottom rack configuration much better than our Bosch as bowls fit easily. Items on the upper utensil rack don't dry completely and we need to use the extended dry which is a long run time but not a big problem for us. We have black stainless which we love.

After trouble shooting the refrigerator install Lord knows what they would have done to this machine

I would have giving it a 5 star. I took one star off due to the fact that since it does have the 3rd top rack. In order to fit things on the 2nd rack you need to bring the second rack down (the rack has a height adjuster) to have items fit and not hit the 3rd rack. which than effects you placing taller items on the bottom rack

Love how quite this dishwasher is. Looks great and the control settings are easy to use.
