Love the 3rd shelf but wish it had 1/2 inch more room for some of our spatulas to fit better. Otherwise, plenty of room. Like the option to have the silverware holder in two different locations. Control panel easy to use. When using a rinse aid, dishes come out sparkling!

Not sure I'm in love with the silverware caddy, though, which can be moved to the inside of the door. Also, the extra "shelf" at the top of the machine seems to sometimes block the stemware on some of the glasses perched on the top row.
