You can adjust the rack height and it also has a small top shelf that pulls out which is really nice for spatulas, etc. The two things that I don't like - the dryer function isn't great. No matter what we've done (longer dry cycle, adding the dryer liquid stuff) the dishes are never fully dry. Annoying, but not a deal breaker. Also, the main rack for cups, one of the end cap pieces came off the track, so every once in a while the wheels come off the track and you have to catch the rack before losing dishes on the floor. It matched the set of our other appliances so that's why we bought it. However, I would not buy this again if it broke.

Happy with the quietness and cleaning of the unit, but the detergent dispenser door broke and replacements are $60+. Would probably rate 4 stars if the part didn't break.

It’s has third rack, test useless only can put spoons and forks. However no married what cycle you use to clean the dishes it doesn’t do good job. I followed all the right directions as geek squad and manually instructed not happy with the quality of wash. Don’t waste your money on this

I love this dishwasher. However, there was a leak due to it being installed incorrectly the first time. Trying to reach anyone with Best Buy to correct the issue was an absolute nightmare. My husband and I spent a collective sixteen hours on hold over three days and were disconnected on every. single. call. with no resolution from any of them. While being kept on hold and not being able to access online chat as “all representatives were busy,” our subfloor was saturated and created a 24/7 stream of water into our basement. Mold grew under the dishwasher at an alarming rate. No one would help us. Our emails and messages through social media are yet to be answered or acknowledged a week later. We finally went into the physical store where we received a phone number directly to the geek squad. Those numbers should be easily accessed for your customers online or on the order confirmation. The third party who installed the dishwasher was so helpful! They came out immediately, answered all of our phone calls, and actively followed up with us after the repair to be sure that it was still working as it should! Too bad we had to deal with Best Buy to get to them. I do understand that quarantine has caused strain for everyone, so I understand longer wait times. But I cannot understand hanging up on us consistently while our home continued to take on damage from something that Best Buy needed to fix.

We've only had it for 3 years, have repaired different parts several times (especially plastic parts for the glasses rack), and now have to replace it. It is leaking water onto the floor anytime we use it. Cost of appliance repairman not worth fixing this again.Love the design of silverware rack on the door, 3rd rack, and black stainless steel appearance, but disappointed in performance.

After two cycles, it stopped working. We had to call WP who sent out a tech over a week later. It turned out to be a loose connection internally. Since then it has worked really well.

The motor pump assembly went bad after 4 months. Had a repair person out and they said this has been the case for several costumers. Whirlpool does not have the part for about a month to get it back to me! The kicker? Whirlpool is actively having reviews deleted about parts citing they are not valid complaints. Whirlpool used to be a good company in my opinion but clearly has gone the complete opposite direction. I don't know what best buy can do but I am sure they are going to point finger at manufacturer for a return. So basically I'm stuck with an expensive new dishwasher that doesn't work.

More often than not, I would empty the dishwasher after a cycle was completed and find loose food on the dishes. This was not stuck on food, these were pieces of lettuce, rice, etc that did not get rinsed off well in the dishwasher. These food particles left on the dishes come off easily when rinsed in the sink so there really is no excuse for it. It's actually really gross to me!! I had the dishwasher for less than 2 weeks but due to COVID I could not exchange it until things settled down. It has now been about 8 weeks and I am still having the same issues, unfortunately.

Geek Squad initial installation not done properly - had to have them back to get it right. Overall this dishwasher doesn't really do any better job than the 15 year old one we replaced.

Its not a good dishwasher we are on our second repair its not even a year old had to have a new pump now its not even pumping hard enough to break down liquid dish soap the water coming into the dish washer is 130 degrees

The third row is a joke....what a waste of space. The in door silverware tray does NOT get the clean. Upper rack already breaking.

Cleaning & Drying are no better than the $300 dollar builder grade. The only reason it's not one star is that it is semi-quiet. We had the Bosch 800 series in our previous house which is virtually the same cost. We never had a dirty or wet dish in the three years with the Bosch and the design was just good. With this whirlpool, the dishes are never dry and there's always dirty dishes left over. It's quieter, but not quiet. With the Bosch, the only indication it's running is the light. The only reason we bought the whirlpools was the builder only sold whirlpool and wife wanted the black stainless to match so we got the Whilrlpool dishwasher, refrigerator, range microwave and stove. We're selling and replacing all less than a year after moving in. Buy a Bosch dishwasher, not whirlpool, you'll thank me later.

...I moved from a rental unit where I lived for six years with an entry level Frigidaire dishwasher that cleaned EVERYTHING! I put in a baked mac & cheese Pyrex dish with burnt cheese around the edges. Came out SPOTLESS! With this Whirlpool dishwasher, with the same city water, same dishwashing pods, it barely removes rice starch from pots. I would always wonder why people rinsed dishes before putting them in the dishwasher, but now I see why! The third rack is useless so I took it out, but the rails are still there and prevents putting tall glasses on the edges of the top rack. If I had to do it again, I would just go with a higher level Frigidaire. This is my first and last Whirlpool purchase. I would replace it, but I bought the matching stove, microwave and french door fridge.
