Had a repair person out and they said this has been the case for several costumers. Whirlpool does not have the part for about a month to get it back to me! The kicker? Whirlpool is actively having reviews deleted about parts citing they are not valid complaints. Whirlpool used to be a good company in my opinion but clearly has gone the complete opposite direction. I don't know what best buy can do but I am sure they are going to point finger at manufacturer for a return. So basically I'm stuck with an expensive new dishwasher that doesn't work.
