Great buy! Dishwasher is quiet and has all the options I need. Has an hour wash that does a great job and then the sanitize option with extra dry takes about 3 1/2 hours. And there there are options in between. Has a great top shelf above the glass shelf to put flat items, nice addition to previous dishwasher I have had.

Ok. - I really only got this for the third rack. It’s really useful just to throw random things on top or for easy access. It does cut down some height for cups you out on the top rack - but worth the trade off for me. Otherwise, cleans well and has other great options too when you have kids, like sanitize or extra heat cycles. Looks great too in stainless!

I am very pleased with my new dishwasher. My husband and I were quite surprised because of the quietness of this product. Sometimes, even when standing beside it, it cannot be heard. It performs very well as it cleans. The only thing that I've noticed is that the dishes don't always get completely dry, but that's something minor. I love this product!!

Obsessed! I did a lot of research before deciding to take the plunge on this one and I have absolutely no regrets. Love the third rack, it leaves my dishes completely dry when you run the normal cycle (3+ hours) and it is sooo unbelievably quiet! I would recommend to all my family and friends.

Cleans dishes really well. Love the third rack. Wish it dried the dishes better in the heat dry setting, but this pretty standard across energystar rated appliances.

I like this dishwasher. It cleans. The dishwasher has three racks. The third rack is ok but takes up a lot of room. I would have made the tub taller to compensate for the third rack. Only small and flat items fit. Don’t put anything in the center, that blocks the sprayer on the top. I use it for small lids, long knives, spatulas and my pizza cutter. The good thing is the third rack can be removed and the second rack can be adjusted. I like that the utensil basket can be mounted on the door or to the bottom rack. The rack holes are too narrow for some of my utensils but the basket lids can be opened so you can bunch them together. Buttons are hidden and can be locked so no accidental turning on of controls. Nice stainless face with sleek arm. I haven’t noticed any problems with fingerprints.

The first unit we received had a bad control board and didn't work, but Best Buy/Pacific Sales replaced it for us and gave us a credit for our trouble. Its very quite. With the silverware basket on the door, the bottom rack kept catching on forks, so we moved it to the other position on the front of the rack. However, this makes it hard to pull the bottom rack out with out pulling on the silverware basket, which flexes and feels like it is bound to break after repeated pulls.

It washes dishes well...which should the main job of a dish washer. Only reason I did not give this one a 5 star is because the programa run for a long time :-(

We have a handyman installed for us and it runs smoothly and very quiet. The dishes are very clean after wash. We have only used a couple of times so it is hard to evaluate its durability and reliability. But so far we love it and it is a great dishwasher.

We replaced our 17 year old dishwasher with this one and I am so happy with it! It runs longer, but it is so quiet you can hardly even hear it. The third rack is fantastic for small stuff and having the silverware caddy on the door gives you even more room in the two remaining shelves. This is a great dishwasher.

Overall it's been a very good appliance. It's quiet, and cleans well. Only complaint is that some of the small plastic parts on the top rack have failed.

Huge upgrade from my prior dishwasher. Love how quiet it is since it sits on an island. I had to touch it to make sure it was still running. Dishes came out great. I’ve only ran it once and I’m already very impressed.

This unit cleans good and you can hardly hear it at work. Only issue the utensil holder doesn’t have enough wide slots for knives/ forks.

Received our new Whirlpool dishwasher in February. Very happy with its performance. Love the extra rack and how quiet it sounds. Also love the black stainless steel finish. Would like larger openings in the silverware rack.

We had a Bosch which we left at our old house. I ordered this dw because it was a Whirlpool and matched the rest of the appliances we purchased for our new build. I never got to see it in person, no Best Buy had it on their floor. I love a 3rd rack, but this one is wonky to pull out, and doesn't have deep notches to hold things upright like my Bosch did. Also did not know that the silverware basket was in the door (very unhandy for me). It is quiet though and washes great. I just wish I would have researched a bit more.

Doesn't allow you to load as much as last dishwasher and the cycles are way longer. It is a lot quieter than previous washer though.

Read all the review waited to make my decision did a lot of research on the internet. I install it myself easy too do, After about 2mths of use cleans very well quit running. Very happy at this point and time. Would recommend this whirlpool dishwasher.
