Just installed my new dishwasher definitely nice and quite definitely like the third rack!

Overall we like the dishwasher but not sure about the third rack (not very high so won't hold anything with any size). The bottom rack also has one row of fold down tines which we hate. Have anchored the silver tray over the last tine so it won't fold down and can be used properly for plates. We don't use enough bowls for the fold-down tines to be of any use for us. If we had known about the fold-down tines when we were looking at dishwashers we would not have chosen this model. Also, the dark interior is horrible -- can't see anything inside!

This dishwasher takes a lot longer than the one I replaced, which was an older model of Frigidaire I thin; however it cleans so much better. My old one took maybe 45-60 min and this one takes at least 3 hours to complete. But I recommend it. Everything comes out cleaner and the dishwasher doesn’t smell weird. I feel confident that it’s killing all the germs and sanitizing my dishes.

Looks great next to my other Whirlpool appliances, works great

Does exactly what we need it to, the silverware tray up top is nice, but one learning curve for us has been to avoid putting spoons up there - or to orient them in a way that they don't hold water in the horizontal position. Other than that we love it.

Love the dish washer, absolutely amazing. First time using a dishwasher so I was a bit skeptical at first. But definitely glad I did and went with this one.

This dishwasher is awesome! I just put it on Auto and let it go. By far the quietest dishwasher I've ever had or heard. Love the third rack for lids, knives, and small miscellaneous items. The install was pretty easy, I did it myself and I have a very bad back. The drying works very well, the stainless interior really locks in the heat. And, oh yeah, the dishes come out spotless! Put this one on your short list!

This dishwater has performed outstanding. starting on the loudness, efficiency and variety of cycles to wash dishes and silverware

We've been using this dishwasher for about one month. Runs very well and you can barely hear it running. No problems to date.

I purchased this dishwasher on October 7th, 2021. It did an amazing job cleaning dishes, was amazingly quiet, and I was in love with it. I thought it was a great purchase for approximately 3 weeks. Then it stopped cleaning the dishes. The soap, both liquid and packets, would remain on the door or at the bottom of the dishwasher and the dishes were dirty. I then contacted Whirlpool for warranty service. It took 2 weeks to get a technician out. The technician came out on November 18th and said they were having a lot issues with this model. The issues ranged from the pump to the dishwasher motor which was the issue in my case. They said it would take 2 weeks to get the parts. As of now, I am still awaiting the parts and the repair after 2 weeks since the technician's visit. My recommendation is save yourself the headache and dish pan hands and buy a different model. At this point with the urgency they are treating my issue, I would suggest a different brand other than Whirlpool. I went with them because I considered them to be reliable but it does not seem to be the case. Now, if you enjoy doing dishes by hand while waiting for parts and repairs this is the dishwasher for you. Sincerely, A Frustrated Purchaser

We love it. Loads of storage space. Three drawers. Is very quiet and lots of different cleaning options. It does a great job and looks good too. Easy delivery and setup as always with Best Buy,

I'm loving this dishwasher. It allows plenty of ways to load items. Control panel is straightforward (not a lot of bells and whistles!). Super quiet. Cleans and dries beautifully.

Like being able to raise second rack for larger items on bottom rack. It runs quietly - put on my hearing aid trying to pick up the noise level. Regardless, it is quiet running appliance. Only drawback is it doesn't quite fit within the depth available under my counter. Sticks out a couple of inches, enough so that I can read the panel on top. Not a big deal.

So far so good easy to use gets the dishes sparkling clean!!

Absolutely love this dishwasher! Dishes come out spotless and dry every time. Easy to install and quick delivery. Would but another one

We bought this as an open item and it works just like new without any issues. With only barely noticeable couple of dings on the door, our purchase was a great success. I would not hesitate to consider another open item for another aging appliance later.
