Very solid unit with the features we wanted and a fair price. We compares other brands and features but really liked this Whirlpool unit. It has preformed as advertised. It has a quick wash feature, a third rack and dries the dishes very well. We purchased this dishwasher from Best Buy because we had great service on a previous purchase just a month ago from the same location. Once again we worked with a young man that was knowledgeable and personable and took the time to show us different models so we could make an informed decision. The installation guys were great as well. Thanks Best Buy!

Purchased to replace an old Whirlpool installed by previous owners. Did a self-install, honestly just to see if I could. Install Purchased a universal install kit and was able to install this dishwasher in under 2 hours, this includes time to remove the previous appliance. Installation was straightforward and relatively easy, even with no prior experience. Function System is extremely quiet and leaves the dishes nice and clean. Heated dry does a very good job of drying dishes (and it is optional if you want to limit cycle time). Washer racks are easy to adjust and load and hold plenty of dishes/silverware. Washer has been running about a month now and I am completely satisfied with the performance.

I have to say this is a great improvement from my last dishwasher! Very quiet and my dishes are always clean!

Installation is easy….much easier install than Bosch or Samsung models. It’s really quiet, but it still gets the dishes clean. I use the the extended dry option to get the dishes really dry. The black stainless matches my Samsung refrigerator. Can’t speak of longevity, but I expect it to last a few years.

So far, we love this new dishwasher, it was bought to replace an aging Kitchenaid that was on its last legs. This dishwasher is so quiet, we hardly know it's running. It gets the dishes clean and dry, exactly what we expected from it, and the third rack is a handy addition. Great delivery and installation from Best Buy!

We love this dishwasher! We unexpectedly had to replace our old Whirlpool and what a surprising improvement - love the 3rd shelf, much quieter and more room to organize the dishes better. Can’t say enough. Worth the money!

Have only had it for a few weeks but so far so good. Quiet, efficient, does a good job cleaning, easy to program. Also of note, this model DOES NOT make LED lights flicker/dim as our previous Frigidaire dishwasher did (they tried to blame our wiring).

Very happy with this purchase, this dishwasher is so quiet when running you don't realize it is on unless you get close or room is real quiet. We debated the extra $100 to buy the model with the 3rd top rack but wife thinks it was well worth it. Silverware and large utensils in the rack come out very clean and frees up space in other racks. The only caution and small disappointment I would mention is the depth of rhe unit is a big larger that prior and hence it didn't tuck in as recessed under countertop. The insulation batting was also not secured with enough adhesive so it wouldn't stay in place when sliding into counter opening so I took off and sprayed adhesive on back and reapplied on unit. We don't use the drying feature b/c i ruins the Tervis Tumbler cups so I rated that a neutral 3.

I have absolutely no complaints with this dishwasher, it does what it's supposed to do without any issues. The handle had a tiny broken piece out-of-the-box, but in the grand scheme of things, it didn't matter much. Overall, it's an excellent product. The steam sanitize feature is amazing, and the filter cleaning access is also super-easy! One thing to note is that if you're going to buy this, I'd recommend buying the whirlpool branded dishwasher installation kit with it (something about how they changed the connectors on the power cord to the point where the generic installation kit won't work as well). So, save yourself the hassle and buy the OEM whirlpool installation kit along with this thing. By the way, I didn't think that that third rack would make much of a difference in my life, but it truly does help when arranging dishes inside the dishwasher to have it!

We really like the top rack organizer for the silverware. The machine is very quiet and cleans well.

It is so smooth, very quiet, has nice capacity and was easy to install on our own.

We love this dishwasher! We had a really expensive Bosch that wouldn't dry the plasticware, and we constantly had to wipe everything dry because it didn't have a heating element. And, it smelled - we would clean the filter after each wash, yet it still smelled. The Whirlpool is far superior! And, it has an actual heating element, not whatever bad technology other expensive dishwashers use that don't dry your dishes. The tines are perfectly spaced, there is plenty of room for taller items, and I love the 3rd cutlery rack.

This dishwasher is fairly quiet, cleans and dries well. No complaints, only praises.

Our last two dishwashers were Kenmore (Sears). They were reliable and lasted many years. Looking up who made them, I learned that they were Whirlpool. Looking at the Whirlpools when I visited Best Buy, I noticed a distinct similarity to our old washers. Now that we've used them for several months, we have found the same high quality we experienced in the past. It cleans our dishes, pots and pans well, and most importantly, silently. We are pleased with our new product and the Black Stainless Steel front looks great in our kitchen.

This is an excellent dishwasher. You can fit plenty of items in each load due to the third rack which lies flat at the top. Dishes are very dry when the cycle is complete, and the dishwasher runs very quietly.

Let me just say that I did COPIOUS amounts of research before settling on this one. I’m of the belief that this model is the exact same as the KitchenAid model that costs $200 more. They are identical inside and out and they have the exact same rating everywhere that I looked. My dishes have come out sparkling! I’ve never been this excited about an appliance. It’s borderline embarrassing. The third rack on top is a godsend! When we got this dishwasher we decided that we would experiment to see if we could get away with not pre-washing. This has been a debate between my wife and myself for years. I am shocked every time I unload this bad boy at how clean the dishes come out after they were loaded with cement-like oatmeal remnants. We just scrape the chunks into the trash and throw them in there and they come out clean with the occasional exception of a piece of stray lettuce that I end up easily wiping out with a paper towel. This dishwasher is great!

I got this excellent dishwasher as part of a Whirlpool appliance package for my new home and am glad I did. The unit is quiet and powerful. I’ve put some pretty messy dishes (with peanut butter stuck to some utensils) and everything comes out clean, dry and sanitized with the excellent Sani-wash and Sani-dry modes. The utensil rack is very cleverly made and “looser” than on Samsung and LG units I have owned. This extra space for each fork, knife or spoon seems to help more effectively clean each utensil, which comes out spotless every time. If you’re looking for a quiet, powerful dishwasher that delivers flawlessly clean utensils and plates, this unit is an excellent choice… and it looks sharp too!
