I really like this dishwasher. The third rack saves space on the first rack so I can finally wash cookie sheets clean, and on the second rack I can fit all the pots that wouldn’t fit the last one. It’s awesome.

Great dishwasher at a great price! Nice black stainless steel, installation a little tricky with pex plumbing...you will need a different fitting than what comes with the dishwasher ...love the drawer on the inside at the top and very roomy inside

We've had this Whirlpool dishwasher for about 2 weeks now. So far so good. It's a very nice machine. Dishes come out very well washed. the normal cycle runs about 3 hr 30 min. We also use the quick wash with is about 1 hr in length. Heated dry will add about 30 min. Controls are easy to use and clear. Delay wash is another good item we use often. The 3rd rack helps in getting the larger spoons and laddles out on top. We have used it with LemiShine and have got sparkling clean dishes and glasses.

The dishwasher itself is very impressive. I don’t think I’ve ever owned a dishwasher that makes everything sparkle like this one does. I do use the heavy duty and sanitize settings. I also use cascade pods, even though the tech advised against using them. It is VERY quiet. And the third shelf comes in handy for spatulas, etc. I will admit I sometimes forget to empty that rack! One downside is that it takes a VERY long time to run (just under 5 hours) compared to the two I am used to.
I had to give it four stars, even though the product is deserving of 10/5 because I will never purchase an appliance from Best Buy ever again. It was an absolute nightmare to get installed. Week 1: installer was running behind and I needed to leave so we had to push back to the following week. Week 2: Installer arrived. Did not realize we had granite countertops and needed a different installation kit, which needs to be ordered. I don’t know a lot about installing appliances but I feel like granite is not uncommon and the question should have been asked when we purchased. Week 3: Rearranged scheduled yet again only to receive and email (no call or text) that installation was moved to following week. Week 4: Finally installed.
After many hours on the phone with customer service call center managers (and in store with store manager) my husband continued to receive the same response. “We don’t control delivery; another vendor handles that.” Bottom line: Best Buy will have zero second thoughts about taking your money. They will not hold themselves accountable for the follow through; just point fingers at the vendor (that they hired and pay).

I wanted a new dishwasher as my previous unit was over 15 years old. I decided to stick with Whirlpool to match all my other kitchen appliances. I selected this model as it had multiple interesting newer features such as a 3rd tray shelf, and adjustable 2nd shelf and others. It was also rated as 1 of the quietest models available. Although the standard wash cycle takes almost 3 hours to complete, the unit is very quiet and the top controls are great. I love the various light symbols and the timer countdown. The unit was on sale and had free delivery. Overall I am very pleased.

We had this model installed about a month ago and it works very well overall -- it cleans nicely, is very quiet, looks like it has good build quality, and looks great in our kitchen! The stainless on the door really is fingerprint resistant and so far it has been easy to keep clean, unlike our old dead KitchenAid, which showed marks and fingerprints we had real trouble cleaning. The negatives are all picky, but important. The top rack is of marginal use and I'm sorry we opted to get it, it just takes up a little space that would have allowed slightly better clearance for the real dishes. The main two racks just don't seem to hold our dishes as well as our old KitchenAid and we really miss the plasticware clips that held very light plastic items in place. In retrospect, I would spend the extra 200 dollars or so to get another KitchenAid (also made by the Whirlpool company) to get the better racks. But those concerns are preferences, not necessities, and this dishwasher does a great job washing dishes, just not quite as efficiently packed as the old one. I'm happy enough with our new D/W and hope we have it cleaning our dishes for a long time to come!

The color fits into our kitchen scheme. It is so quiet. Can barely tell that it is on. Plenty of room for all sizes of dishes. Cleans really well. It even polished a copper bottom pan.

Love this dishwasher. The upper rack is great for long bbq utensils. It is quiet and holds a few days worth of dishes if its just a couple of people in the household.

Looks great in the kitchen. Much quieter than my previous washer. Love the third rack and stainless tub. Easy to hook up and level. Delivery was on time and professional.

Large capacity very quiet the only thing that bothers me and I do not love is the handle is not black stainless steel like the rest of the body, it is silver. You can tell this from the pictures
Not a good look in my eyes

Very pleased with the dishwasher, easy to install, and pretty quite while running. Ive had it for about a month and no problems so far. I did buy this as an open box appliance. The only reason i rated 4 stars is bc i was missing screws for the front shroud and a few other things. Still got it at a very good price, picked it up the same day, and works well. At All other appliance centers this particular dishwasher was back ordered till end of September bc of the high demand.

We replaced GE Profile dishwasher with this Whirlpool. Granted the GE was five years older, this being said, the unit is quiet, no issues with wash cycles leaving dirty dishes. I do wish the pegs were adjusteable to accommodaste different sizes of dishes.

Looks nice and works great. Only downside is the length of time it takes to run and complete just a normal cycle but everything comes out clean. Top rack does not hold as much as my old one did but that is okay.
