The new latest and greatest do catch my eye. However, I wait till I "just gotta have a new dishwasher" and/or refrigerator (s). Best Buy "rocks" by carrying such quality options. We have had to call service, paying $50 deductible each time, unless the call is close enough to the last service call where they then determine it’s the same issue. In otherwords, 8 calls with 3 showing that’s it’s been called on. Makes no sense to me and what also makes no sense is the parts they keep ordering have cost double or more what a new dishwasher would cost. Don’t forget during the months of a non working dishwasher we are doing dishes by hand. Hopefully it’s a one time thing with just our dishwasher and no one else is having these issue. Two good thing is that when it works it is quiet and they can get parts for it which is more than you can say for insignia.
