It is very quiet while running and the bottom rack has a lot of space for large platters. The only drawback was the electrical cord. We took the old one from the previous machine and used it instead because the one that we got with this one, didn't clearly show which wire was the ground.

Relatively easy for a DIYer to install; had to get a newer water connection fitting. Have had it almost 2 months, runs quiet, and works great. Seems to be a good value if you are on a budget.

This Whirlpool 24 inch front control dishwasher has been solid so far. It is not the quietest unit out there at 57 dBA, but the sound is more of a soft hum than anything harsh. The Boost Cycle helps when dishes are extra messy, and the stainless steel finish looks clean in the kitchen. It loads easily, runs without drama, and leaves everything looking good. Nothing fancy, just a dependable everyday dishwasher.

My Whirlpool dishwasher which is my 3rd one in my 28 years of living in our home here in Sugar Land, TX. The new latest and greatest do catch my eye. However, I wait till I "just gotta have a new dishwasher" and/or refrigerator (s). Best Buy "rocks" by carrying such quality options. Kindly, me, sammie jo McCray-Strande

Does everything I need and looks good also. Inside could be bigger but it works okay.

Works great, but it's not quiet. The whole inside is plastic and there's little insulation on the outside, so it's way louder than the metal Whirlpool I replaced with this unit. Works well though and the silverware basket is a nice one piece unit that must sit in the lower tray. It cannot hang to the door. I also much prefer the front controls to top controls.

Works great. Minimal bell and whistles but does a good job.

Pros: Works good, easy to install. Simple to use. Con: Loud. So I added some sound dampening pads in the counter cabinet, it actually helped a lot.
